I went in on Saturday to open a checking account. I was told that she couldn't help me because I needed to make an appointment and they were fully booked for the day. I was the ONLY customer in the bank and no one in the drive through. She stated if I needed to do this today to go to a different branch. She said it takes 20 minutes and right now she was booked and couldn't help me. I waited outside for about 10 minutes and no other customer came inside. I understand appointments but if I'm the only customer in the bank I'm sure you can take a walk in . I was trying to give you my business 5/3 you failed a future customer.

If you want to withdraw money here then go to another branch or bank for that matter. They will judge you, make it super awkward to get cash out. Don’t go here to get your own money, they are crooks and unprofessional. I’m done with the circus of a bank.

I nearly removed all of my accounts from Fifth Third after my horrible experience with a 6 month long home refinance. It was my 1st refinance, I didn't know much and was not told much either. Communication lacked, my initial person I was working with stopped working there during this process and all communication was lost after that. When I went to sign for my refinance my mortgage was going to be higher than my current mortgage and that was not the plan. I cancelled my refinance and I'm still highly disappointed in this experience. Communication was ridiculous and nobody seemed to care what was going on. I would recommend going somewhere else, especially if you're doing a refinance. I also would not make this branch my home branch.

My personal banker is Sonya Davis and she is always very helpful in getting situations resolved. All of the staff is very kind and they do their best to take care of their customers. It is a great bank and the employees are all outstanding individuals. I would recommend this bank to anyone of my friends or family

Without notifying me or alerting me, they were taking $8 per day out of my account because I temporarily overdrew.

The manager is next to impossible to get in contact with! After days of phoning in and stopping by and being told he was not in or in meetings we contacted a different branch and were offered a solution almost instantly!! Definitely changing branches as our primary branch.
