The Fed Ex agents at the shipping center were very helpful in coordinating how and when I could pick up a package I was notified of the previous day (delivery attempted during the day when I wasn’t available). They contacted the driver, found a time estimate I would need to wait for his return, and actually walked out to my car to hand it to me when it had come back in. They were both very friendly and professional!

Francine Gant was working on this icy winter day. When I arrived there were at least a dozen people in line. I have never, in my long life, seen anyone so Efficient. She basically served everyone at the same time. Everyone was extremely happy with her service. Unbelievable service.

“Attempted” delivery to my parents house THREE TIMES. They never left a note or anything saying they attempted to deliver a package and that it needed to be picked up. When I realized the package had never been delivered, I called FedEx customer service where they said I could do a vacation hold for an extended amount of time. Which is fine, but I need an account for it. I was hold for 5 minutes just for them to get back on the line and tell me to do it on the app.Overall, very unsatisfied.

Went here to ship a holiday package. Brittany was so sweet, and helpful. She was willing to help pick the best box for my needs and give me an estimate price and arrival for my package before deciding to ship here. I had previously gone elsewhere to ship and they tried charging me $85, so glad I went here because the same package cost me only $17!

DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE FED-EX!!!!!Paid to overnight a car key on Thursday, 9/21 from THIS LOCATION to Fort Myers, FL. Package was due Friday before 5PM. Never arrived. Just got an update that it won't be here till Monday. The significant issue this caused is unacceptable. We needed the key before our flight today (Saturday, 9/23)I want to know what you are going to do about this

I’ve been trying to call this location about a package I shipped there. It’s Impossible to reach them on the phone. The Automated system talks in circles. Their Computer systems are always slow, if they work at all. Miserable experience. Do not recommend.

I just want to give some praise to your employee. His name is Chase Kalbfell. He really went above and beyond when I came to pick up an important package yesterday. Even though the truck had not arrived back yet from attempting to make the delivery that morning (which needed a direct signature not to my knowledge at the time) Chase searched for information and even tracked the driver down for me to figure out when the driver would arrive back. It was very hot outside and the AC in my truck is broken and he even brought out water for my 4 children, wife and my dog that was panting heavily while we waited. He was very kind and professional and it was the most helpful experience I've ever had regarding FedEx. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for doing so well at his job. Ya'll made a good choice when he was hired for your company.
