This business doesn't honor its quotes. I called ahead to get pricing for a self-service print job: 95 copies of a double-sided letter-size sheet with color. The associate put me on hold while he went to check the price and quoted $0.96. I specifically repeated what I needed, and he confirmed the price as quoted. After making a special trip to this location, I learned that each copy would be twice the price I'd been told! The associate whom I'd spoken with on the phone agreed he'd given me the wrong price, but they couldn't honor the price quoted. I left and went to UPS.

I've learned to really appreciate people who do a good job at work and the employees here are very good. Phylecia helped me today and you can see why she is the asst manager. She was so helpful, efficient, and went above and beyond.

The customer service at this location is truly spectacular. I placed an online order for work today and was quickly called by Matt asking me if I was confident I'd made the right selections with my order (I hadn't -- thank goodness he called me!). He didn't make me feel stupid, he made me feel CARED for. He helped me make the necessary updates and even offered to help with an additional detail. I was hoping to thank him in person when I picked up my order, but I was helped instead by Anthony, who turned out to be a ray of sunshine himself. Our exchange left me smiling inside and out as I left the store. My order turned out perfect, it was ready in less than 30 minutes and my interactions with the staff at the store were affirming. I will absolutely be back for my business printing needs.

Great location and there is rarely a line. Staff is super friendly, helpful and courteous. Employees are very good at recognizing repeat customers and this is much appreciated. Parking is very convenient, too.
