Had a family member in the hospital and this place was great. The price was amazing at $70 a night. It made a tough trip better and didn't break the bank...Rooms: The rooms were big with 2 double beds and a kitchen with full sized stove and fridge.

Crooks. I was already staying here when the new owner bought the place. I got laid off and checked out to head to next job. They doubled the cost on the nights I already stayed to reduce my refund. Then they wait till I'm gone and out of straight to stop my refund claiming I don't get it because they had to clean my room after I left. Then they claimed it was a posted policy in the room, maybe they posted it AFTER I left. Also heard some deviant behavior from precious female renters of his other hotels

Came a hour away just to njoy my birthday in which with my card I pay 59.43 CLC card they doesn’t pay for my stay I do I just get discounted rate in which the rooms are advertising as 69.34 my stay there on my birthday the lady at the desk took ten minutes to come checked me in never asked me anything gave me a key and swipe my card wasn’t given any paperwork nor cost for the room nothing to sign at all get to my room it was nice had a wierd but bearable smell so I brought inscent to light in my room after enjoying my birthday the next day card was charged for 89.43 with a additional charge for 217.43 of a smoking fee if I was told that I couldn’t light up a inscent in my room I wouldn’t never lit it and the way the general manager stated she would’ve charged my card more after speaking to her in a rude way I wouldn’t never stayed there because It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable how you operate especially when I am a assistant general manager to and you suppose to communicate with your customers and advise them on behalf of what you getting ahead of your stay in a hotel nobody told me anything at all will never stay here and I advise you all to do the same go to another hotel

I have COPD. I'm a 66 year old senior citizen. I had been traveling from Tallahassee Florida. I had to climb stairs and was pulling a large tank of oxygen on a 2 wheel carrier. The lady that was working the front desk the night of check in offered to help me but I told her I could manage. I don't like putting people out of their way. The next morning Ms. Josette was working the front desk. She immediately came around the desk and up the stairs and asked my permission to touch my carrier and oxygen tank and carried it down the stairs for me. I went to the car for my phone charger and asked to sit in the lobby while I got my phone charged before heading down the road. I went back to the room to use the restroom before leaving and this young lady helped me going back up the stairs and coming back down them a 2nd time. She insisted on helping me and I needed it. I'm so very thankful for her thoughtful consideration of my health and my situation using oxygen. This young lady is one of the kindest human beings I've interacted with in a very long time. She is a true asset to the company and a very kind and thoughtful human being. My room was quiet and clean. I would've like to be closer to the lobby instead of at the very end of the hall in room #201but it's over now. Thank you Ms. Josette for being so kind to an elderly woman on oxygen. I really am grateful. Thank you Extended Stay for employing people like her. I'd stay again.Rooms: Room was clean with the exception of the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink sprays water all over the counter and floor. I used a hand towel to wipe it up so I wouldn't slip and fall. I use oxygen so I was pulling a portable tank on a 2 wheel carrier. I was af aid of slipping on the wet floor and falling. The towel was really dirty to say the least. It is as a small section right in front of the sink but the rest of the floor could've been cleaner. I didn't wipe the whole floor.

Supposed to have room cleaned every two weeks. Been over 3 weeks and still No housekeeping. Washer and dryer prices went up to $3 a load. Dryers cut off after 30 minutes but timer shows 60 minutes when you start. Refrigerator door can’t open all the way as it hits the oven door handle. A nice area but the quality of service here is far below any extend stay we have ever used

At first I thought the room was great but soon realized that it wasn't.roaches microwave stoves toilets. I've never been in a room with roaches. The microwave malfunctioned and had to threaten to take action to get money back to get a nother one switch out.also with service seeing that we were on the Third floor with two people who had trouble moving around had to call front desk multiple times to get service like a new microwave a plunger had to go get dishes instead of getting them delivered. Check in had help but after that had hard time to get services needed the very next day when stared needing things.The morning front desk person kept stating they were there alone and couldn't help But every time I went to front desk a sign said was helping another guest but kept giving us excuses but when checked out saw someone else working like the first person I'm the morning didn't was to help us don't know if it was because we were on the third floor or something else.yes it was my fault not stating I needed a disabled room but morning was awful made it seem we were an inconvenience when that was their job

The staff was very nice and the location was excellent for going to appointments at Vanderbilt hospital.But that's all I can say good.First...if you are handicapped do not go here. The first floor is nasty with mildew in halls and room we were in. And there is no way to get to lobby except by going all the way around outside unless you can do lots of doors and stairs.Secondly, it's NO frills. For an extended stay to not provide hardly anything for your stay (esp kitchen) was surprising.You have to ask for everything and you will get the bare minimum.Not even the little bottle of dish detergent to help you clean your dishes.We had been in the hospital for 2 weeks and are from another town. We needed to stay in area for another week.We did stay the week just cause we were too exhausted to move.Rooms: First floor rooms are mildewy and wet. Socks would get wet just walking around in room.

I've been here since January. Stop fluctuating the rates. It's has to be a better way to accommodate those who chooses long periods of stay here. Regardless of business or personal.Safety: There is no regard or care for customers vehicles. Need some type of security in the parking lot

These rooms are several hundred dollars more than the other extended stay America's I have stayed in all over the US. Exactly the same in every single way, "EXCEPT", This hotel HAS NO CARTS OF ANY KIND TO BRING YOUR LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS IN OR OUT OF THE HOTEL FROM YOUR CAR! Out of the probably 10 of these I have stayed in over the southeast, I have to say, THIS IS A FIRST! This shows zero concern for your customers, as this should be as easy as calling corporate and having some sent! I'm calling sad mngmnt!

I didn't take any pictures because when we got there, we were tired and we weren't going to be sleeping in either. However, our room was fine and we had a place to sleep ? ?. Up early the next morning.

The staff have been extremely helpful and very nice! I highly recommend this Hotel! Very clean, great coffee, and kind people!Rooms: CleanNearby activities: A lot of stores around.Safety: We feel very safe and secure here.Walkability: You can walk to Kroger, restaurants, pet stores, etc...Food & drinks: Excellent restaurants around.

Even though it's in Brentwood, this hotel does not meet the mark. The smell was a terrible body odor smell. No smoke detector or shower curtain. Didn't feel comfortable staying here.
