First thing, I was traveling to upstate New York, with a high probability of snow and icy road conditions.I requested a 4-wheel / all wheel drive suv.When I went to pickup the vehicle, I was not able to get what I requested.I wound up with a VW Tiguan.The office rep stated that it would fit 5 pieces of luggage.Even with the 3rd row seats folded down, AND one of the 2nd row seats also folded down, it barely held three pieces of luggage and a few Christmas presents.This brings up the second issue.We had a 13-14 hour drive to our destination, and this was the absolutely the worst riding rental I’ve ever had, and the seats were not very comfortable.If I had to put a level of satisfaction of this rental, it would be around 10% satisfied.The only reason that it’s that high is because it had a decent gas mileage.

I've gotten a couple of rentals through here over a couple of years for our of state travel. I use enterprise because they have excellent customer service, and multiple locations. Especially compared to their competitors.I would just make sure to really inspect your car inside and out before driving away. They'll be happy to help or swap your vehicle but being knowledgeable about a car always helps.

Everything was pretty smooth. I like that they have competitive prices. I rented in September for 30 days and although they did not have the type of vehicle I had requested, they quickly accommodated me into a great substitution. I will be renting long-term again next week and will go back to this location. As long as they are courteous/respectful, can offer extra-clean cars and good substitutions then I'm happy! Will has been very courteous every time I have visited this location.

I had a great rental experience from Enterprise Rent A Car in Brentwood TN.. They provided Super Outstanding Service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Brentwood, TN location made sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. I noticed 2 dummy lights on the dashboard and they suggested to change the vehicle. Renting was easy and efficient.

Don’t forget anything in the car, you won’t get it back. I forgot my AirPods in the console, called the same day, and was told that they would hold onto them for me to come back and pick up. I went a few weeks later to get them, and the employee told me they were nowhere to be found and that he wasn't surprised since it had been a few weeks. He then proceeded to show me multiple older generation AirPods that had lost-and-found tags, some with dates from 2022 on them. But my newer AirPods, that were left in the same month I came back, were gone. Strange.

They did not have the car I reserved when I showed up, so I had to take an alternative that did not meet our needs and come back another day to swap. They also quoted me prices and charged me at a higher rate after the fact. After weeks of trying to rectify the costs, they told me there is nothing they can do to refund me the charges based on their originally quoted price.

Had a wonderful experience at the Burbank, California airport location. Luis Arri was very professional and friendly in setting us up with our car. He was able to upgrade us to an exotic, and it made our trip so much more fun! He should be recognized and rewarded for his professionalism and great friendly attitude. As we checked out at the gate, Nicole went out of her way to be friendly and professional in making sure we were going the right way. A great experience and Enterprise needs to recognize these two exceptional employees!

Assistant manager tried to strong arm me into paying for the overkill insurance. Car had fast food scraps and a roach in it when I picked it up. Will not be using again

Rented an SUV for $560 a week but given an economy EV but not given the EV rate. Car was given to me with only 60 miles of charge. I was told I could fully charge it at an EV station in 2 hours, but that was blatantly untrue. Charges at 40 miles per hour, so I was very limited in how much driving I could do. Not the Enterprise I used to know, with a customer forward attitude.

This was my best rental car experience ever. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had questions and issues before and after I picked up the vehicle, and I never had a problem getting answers. The location is great and pick and drop-off was smooth.

The wonderful lady I worked gets 5 stars but four stars because I called at open to retrieve an item I left in the vehicle and the employee I talked to dropped the ball.
