HORRIBLE customer service. My husband ordered some chocolate covered strawberries & spent almost $90 for a dozen mediocre strawberries. When they were delivered, half were green (not ripe at all) & another had a hair in it! So disgusting! Called them multiple times for a refund, left multiple voicemails. Even opened a claim with headquarters & was told that they should respond within 2 days. It’s been 4 days & no response yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We will NEVER do business with Edible Arrangements again! The last two orders we have placed with them have been awful! For the price it’s not worth it! If y’all are two overwhelmed and can’t keep up with having orders right or delivered on time then you should have a limit. I much rather be told y’all have reached your max on orders. Then to have my order delivered to my school after school hours, balloons looked like they were already deflating, strawberries and pineapples looked wilted, chocolate covered strawberries were not good but I like milk chocolate not dark chocolate and also missing a balloon from the bundle package we ordered! Also on a previous order my husband sent me I found a hair in my platter which was embarrassing since it was delivered to my job and I was sharing it with coworkers and this order was also late and messed up!So we are definitely taking our business elsewhere.I would rate a 0 stars but to post this review I had to select something.

Ordered over $100 worth of valentines gifts to be delivered to my mom at work. The order tracking never stated that they started to make it, so I tried calling yesterday over 15 times and left multiple messages. I never heard anything back. I tried to follow up this morning to see what happened by calling 5 more times and still no answer. I finally received a call back this afternoon at around 3:30 explaining they were too busy yesterday to answer the phone or make the delivery despite me paying for same day delivery. I was “guaranteed” the delivery would be delivered today and that the same day delivery charge would be removed from my card and the gifts would arrive by 5:00. The delivery was never delivered and the charge was never removed. I also never received any call letting me know they would not be able to complete the delivery today. This has been the most frustrating experience I have dealt with from a company in awhile. No one ever even apologized for not communicating. Very disappointed and would not recommend ever ordering from this store if you want any type of customer service, communication, or to even just receive the goods you paid for.

After doing business with Edible Arrangements on several occasions for several years I place an order on 1-25-2024 for delivery 2-14-2024. I assumed an order 20 days in advance would be taken care of near the top. The order was never delivered. I went to the store at 782 Old Hickory Blvd suite 106, Brentwood at 9:15 A.M. on 2-15-2024 to ask what happened. No explanation was given but the order was brought out from the back and set on the counter for me to deliver. During my explanation of why this wasn't what I expected two of the balloons exploded. As I was leaving with a credit to my card the attendant told me "sorry about that". If this is the best you can do for an apology I will not be back.

Great customer service. I placed an online order at around 9pm, long after the shop had closed for the day. My request was for a next day 10am pickup, and although the shop doesn’t open until 9am, my pickup order was still ready at my requested pickup time! Additionally, the arrangement was beautiful, of excellent quality and perfect for my daughter’s birthday. A big Thank You to Courtney and all other Edible Arrangements employees who helped make my daughter’s birthday a special day!

Called 3 times during normal business hours, no one ever answered. Drove to location on Saturday. I’m the only customer with at least 2 people working. Was told I couldn’t place an order(to be delivered days later). Told me to come back tomorrow apparently to place an order with other staff members.

I brought a platter with cupcakes, a bouquet of flowers & a set of 3 balloons… I never received my flowers& my balloons was the littlest balloons every. Very disappointing….

Excellent! I commend this service team: Courtney, Mimi, Morgan, and Scott, who prepared and expedited my order! (No, I've never met, nor seen, any of them; but I got their names to say, "Thank you!") My friends received a beautiful presentation of "high quality" fruit that was delivered same day! I ordered, "The Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter!"Thank you for caring and being conscientious workers!
