I had a, dare I say, inspiring experience at this Discount Tire this morning. I was greeted at my car within moments of arriving. A second staff member then ran out to make see if he could help. I was taken in to main office, shown my treads status, and then my tire was repaired and patched within 10 minutes. What's more, the entire visit was free! While there, I observed a positive hustle and even enthusiasm by all staff I saw. I literally saw staff jogging tires to different cars to maximize the morning's work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the place reminded me of what a customer-service oriented, positive culture can feel like at a workplace. I will be returning!

Great customer service. Price matching prices. This is my go to wheel/tire spot. Make an appointment though, because it is always busy!

Brought car in for 5k rotation and manager claimed I had 4/32 tread, need to replace all tires. I was furious since they are 80k tires with only 45k miles. Called store where I bought the tires in Mt Juliet and set up a warranty replacement, then get there only to find out the tires are at 6/32, not in need of replacing, and not even eligible for pro rated warranty. Overzealous deuchebags running this place constantly trying to screw customers

I had a seamless experience. I was greeted at the door. My car was taken into a stall immediately. Kevin, took his time and talked about my concerns. They gave me multiple updates while I was waiting for the car. And they got me out of there within 35m. Amazing overall experience.
Kevin and Juan(on the phone) helped me out through the process and I can't say enough in terms of customer satisfaction. The entire staff seemed fast, productive, and happy. First time there but they got a customer for life. Thank you guys!

Don’t let your wife take her vehicle here unless you want her repeatedly hit on by the technician, even after she repeatedly mentions her husband. My wife was asked for her number multiple times and had to repeatedly say “no, call my husband” amidst flirting and inappropriate innuendo. I was out of town at the time, so my wife delayed picking up her vehicle until the obnoxious little boy at the counter wasn’t there.

They did not torque the left rear wheel on truck properly causing the wheel to come off going down the interstate. Luckily no one was hurt. When contacted the store they were told to tow vehicle to a shop for estimate of damages and then declined the repair. Would not recommend Disount Tire.

BEWARE!!!!! They put a set of tires on a truck didn't tighten the lug nuts and tire came off going down interstate! Luckily no one was hurt. They stated they would pay for damages and then reneged.

This shop did not tighten my lug nuts properly. The wheel came completely off on the interstate causing much damage and nearly causing a multi car accident. They will not accept responsibility even though they are the last ones to have worked on vehicle. We are now stuck with the costs of their careless work. I would not trust them, especially when your family's life is riding on their negligence.

Highly recommend. If possible select your tires online, prepay and schedule an appointment. Literally these guys replaced 4 Benz Sprinter Tires and had me out the door in 45 minutes!
