This store has horrible pharmacy service & they never answer the phone to refill Rx that must be filled by speaking to an individual. The staff also provides erroneous information regarding Rx stock. There is an extreme lack of competence.

I went into this CVS in January 2024, needing to purchase some cleaning items. I had to use the restroom before I started my shopping, and one of the pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional, and said that the restrooms were locked. This was around 5 to 6 PM. Don't bother going here if you want snotty behvior.

This is not my local CVS but due to issues, I have had medication filled here several times and the pharmacy staff has been attentive, friendly, informative and helpful. Nancy really helped me out recently and took care of my needs in 10 minutes where a different pharmacy left me without medication or communication for three days. Thank you Nancy and CVS Brentwood!

HORRIBLE experience at the pharmacy. The customer service was terrible. I was honestly taken aback by how blatantly rude the man was. He was very short tempered and was pretty annoyed by the fact that I walked in and asked for a flu shot. He acted as if it was a serious inconvenience for me to even be there. He did not have on a name tag, but I assume that he was either the lead pharmacist or the pharmacy manager because he said that "he was short staffed today." He was an older African male with a thick accent and a nasty attitude. After he begrudgingly checked to see if my insurance would cover the cost of the vaccine, he slammed down the paperwork and literally TOSSED the pen at me inorder for me to sign it. I was appalled and certainly would have left, but I did not have much time in my schedule and needed to get the shot out of the way that day. He told me to wait 10 minutes and then took me behind a partition. After he put on his gloves he picked up something up off of the floor and threw it in the garbage before administering the shot. How unsanitary!!! I was absolutely disgusted, but did not want to anger him any further by asking him to change his gloves. After he was done, I flew out of there as fast as I could. I wouldn't go back to that CVS if my life depended on it. NEVER have I been treated so poorly for simply walking in an establishment and requesting a service. SMH

They wont answer the phone, takes 5 minutes on hold for it to got to voice mail. Bad customer service wont lose customers as fast as no service at all.

This is a terrible pharmacy. So unorganized. You have to call and follow up on any prescriptions for them to fill them and they are never ready when they say they will be. Be prepared to wait a long time and maybe not even get your prescription.

They need to get the pharmacy workers some help. Every time I try and get a prescription they are completely overwhelmed at first I thought maybe it was the workers but it's definitely poor leadership from management or corporate. I'll never shop here again, I just hope they help these workers.

My experiences with the pharmacy as well as front store, have always been negative. Managers (brook is her name) entitlement is misplaced, she doesn’t understand or seem to care about providing decent customer service, and has had a consistent lack of basic respect for other people. She should not be in customer service. There are new employees every time I go there. I don’t wonder why. They always seem to be struggling, they don’t seem to have proper training and that isn’t their fault, bless them, they try their best but aren’t set up to succeed. There is a clear reason her relationship didn’t work out. (Yes, she shared this with me, unnecessarily.) Just an overall rotten place to go shopping unless you’re looking for a bad experience.. I don’t go there unless I absolutely have to, as I work nearby. They do not put up wet floor signs, which could become a serious problem. If you go in there WATCH OUT and good luck to you.

Received notification to pick up prescription; arrived and was told prescription was not available and would not be for 'maybe' 10 days....and should call before.As for the prescription needed today basically shrugged shoulders and to bad so sad attitude......Once I explained this was an unacceptable response, it occurred to this individual that maybe he could call other cvs locations.Will be transferring all prescriptions somewhere else.

SO messy, dirty & unorganized. The bathroom was the messiest, the mirror had writing on it (which means they probably don’t clean it), the water fountain was very dirty, the table in the bathroom was very random and had a bunch of clutter on it, and lastly be careful because the toilet paper has bugs on it. Very disappointing.

Front desk younger lady is extremely rude. It was honesty unbelievable how she acted. The pharmacy is terrible. I waited on hold for an hour for her to say she never received my insurance via the CVS prompt I was sent and submitted through. Then told me I only need insurance card, then I get there and she needs rx card. After I told her on the phone before driving down there I needed this medication by a certain time to prevent a trip to the hospital.Will not likely ever come back to this cvs.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have used in my entire life. Service is incredibly slow people seem confused with basic procedures. It doesn’t matter if I use the drive-through or go inside I always have issues. I don’t ever write negative reviews because I feel bad someone might’ve been having a bad day or something but this place is just consistently bad. Something needs to change. We are moving all our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. Slow service, after waiting 25 minutes to speak to a pharmacy tech, I was told I would have to walk inside to pickup my medication that I have picked up through the drive-thru several times before. When I asked for a reason, frustrated after waiting in line, they response was, “I’m not sure, but I can’t fill it through the drive-thru.”
