We stay at a lot of hotels with travel soccer and the ratings are not a good reflection of hotel. It should not be a 3 star hotel as there are ko extras and the room wasn't awful but was not what I would consider clean. For the price we paid, we could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer.Rooms: Not clean and not what I expected

Stayed here during work trip. Located near business offices. Easy walk to nearby food and restaurant options. About 30 minutes drive from the airport.Overall the hotel looked nice and clean but some of the stairways and hallways were not super clean.The front desk is friendly and helpful. They let me check in super early.There is fitness center, lounging areas in the lobby and outside, outdoor non heated pool, ample parking.

I told the staff upon check in, that I leave reviews. Sonya, the desk clerk that checked us in is the standard for customer service. She was warm and kind and friendly. While I'll admit we hit it off from the start, she went above and beyond. She upgraded our room to bring us closer to family staying in another room. This act of service meant all the world to my wife and I. The maids were kind, greeting us each time they saw us. The other desk staff were so helpful. Because of the staff at this location, I have switched my loyalty program from another chain to Courtyard. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.I hope the General Manager rewards her for her customer service skills. She deserves it! We have family in Brentwood, this hotel is my choice to stay at when we visit.

Stayed here for some personal business for a couple of days. Would definitely stay again. Had two rooms, one handicapped accessible. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the multiple entrances so you could enter by your room. Plenty of parking and handicapped parking. Easy walking distance to everything from coffee to fancy restaurants.
