Most of the staff are very helpful but Mr. Dean goes above and beyond with courtesy and compassion. The only real negative we've run into is going to pick up and them being closed for lunch. I'm not sure if it's a daily thing or maybe when they're understaffed. Other than that we've always been pretty pleased with the service there.

Excellent and polite staff, even when you’re calling in. When I had a nuanced insurance issue that was beyond their department, they put me on a brief hold and came back with a thorough explanation.

The pharmacist and techs here do not listen. They think they know everything, then WEEKS later they see their mistake and fix it. Not acceptable!!!!!

Great place to have your meds filled. Not open on Sundays and getting a shot can take upto 2 hrs when they are very busy.

Rude and lazy. Not busy and closed down giving flu shots over an hour before closing. Way to go Costco Pharmacy.Kroger at Cool Springs was busier but was still happy to give the flu shot.

Costco optical...avoid this place unless you have nothing else to do other than stand in line. I have been a Costco member (happily) for over 20 years. Went to check out the optical dept to check on new frames and glasses. Waited in line for half an hour before anyone could see me. I browsed the eye glass frames and found the prices to be very reasonable so I ordered two pair of glasses and was told it would be about a week to get them. Exactly one week later I received an automated call saying that one of my pairs of glasses was in. The next day I received another call saying that my other pair was in. The specialist in the optical dept had said that Sunday mornings was the best time to pick up glasses because the optical dept was slow and they had adequate staff, that was totally untrue. I arrived Sunday morning at about 11:00 am and there was already 6 people in line ahead of me and only 2 people working. I waited for an hour and a half before anyone could see me to give me my glasses. Then I find out they only have one pair. I live 25 miles away and taking off work to drive across town is very in convenient, not to mention waiting all that time in line. About an two hours after I got home from picking up my partial order, I received an automated phone call from Costco optical that my other pair of glasses was in. I waited until Monday and took off work and again drove the 25 miles to the store, waited another hour in line, just to be told that they new nothing about my second pair of glasses. They checked and said that they had been shipped, but other than that, there was no way to know where they were or how to track them or if or when they would be in. So sorry. Go home and wait. I am still waiting. I would request a refund for the lost glasses but the frames were mine and I would like them back.I now wish that I had gone to a real optical facility with some sort of customer service. Yeah, I saved some money but the time and expense of multiple trips to the store, taking off work, waiting in line was not worth the aggravation. For me...lesson learned. Just a word to the wise. Find a real optical company.

I recently visited my local Costco that I have gone to regularly for years. First off, I love Costco but the Costco Carwash...not so much and never again! I usually hand wash my cars but my fiancé and I took my FJ Cruiser thru the wash in 9/9/2020 bc I was in a bit of a rush. I won't get in a rush again. She and I both heard and felt two separate and noticeably abrupt thumps while going thru the wash. I got out of my car immediately after exiting the wash and noticed black marks on the hood and roof of my car. The wash attendant was extremely polite and assured me the claims department is very good about taking care of issues like mine. Fast forward and the 3rd party claims company said there wasn't enough evidence to prove the car wash cause the marks on my car. I was shocked and extremely upset to hear this. I made sure the representative was well aware of my frustrations. She might as well have called me a liar. I told her what happened and she told me it didn't happen...so I must be lying. Not once did she give me an example of "adequate evidence". I took my issue to the on-duty manager at the local Costco and he was helpful but still said there's nothing they can do bc their car wash doesn't leave black marks on cars. I know those marks were not on my vehicle when I entered the car wash. So we can agree to disagree Costco. Lesson learned, now it's my problem to fix. That's the last $8 Costco will get from me at the Carwash. Think twice before you use the Costco Car Wash. It has not been a good experience for me after this event.

This has been my go to Costco location for many years, the staff is very friendly and always looking to help. I will say the people who give out samples arent usually the most friendly and look at you like you are a crazy person for saying thank you to them.

Costco just seems to do everything right. Their return policy is excellent so I can buy with confidence. Almost from the beginning of the pandemic, they have adhered to CDC guidelines and are the only store that I have seen that requires masks. They have self checkout at the Brentwood warehouse which I use almost exclusively. I see them regularly disinfecting. Thank you Costco for working hard to keep us safe and provide senior hours for vulnerable individuals.

A wonderful Costco with very caring staff who look at the whole picture with service. The store is clean, well stocked, excellent gas prices and even a car wash. This Costco provides the service Costco is known and successful for. Kudos to a wonderful location.
