“Finally making myself make the time to leave a review! I’ve been coming to this store now for the past almost 4 years. Dalton, I believe is the managers name, is the best! I’ve never had a negative experience! All the employees are so helpful, friendly & welcoming. I’ve never had a favorite gas station, but this one hands down is my favorite!! I will go out of my way to stop here!”
“I frequent this location & love going in there simply to be greeted by smiling faces! Dalton and his morning crew start my day off right. I always enjoy my White Bison beverages & meals and all of my snacks on the market side. The store is also very clean, I cannot say enough good things about this location.”

If you absolutely require a receipt for every purchase you make for some reason, maybe let them know you want a receipt before you pay? Also, it's a CONVENIENCE store. If you want milk cheaper, maybe don't go to a gas station convenience store to buy it?”

My phone had died and she worked with me on figuring out what fuse it was in my truck and she let me use her car charger in her car to charge my phone up. she was such a generous and kind hearted person who deserves a raise, wish there was more people like her in the world. I was in a respiratory attack.. trying to get a script from my doctor.. the ladies at pharmacy took my info.. looked up.. and got me a rescue inhaler..two puffs...they literally saved my life.. thank you.. I wish I had got their names..”

I will continue to come back to this store specifically because of Veronica! Seriously she is the reason I love MAPCO!!!! “I visited your Brentwood location to get lunch drink and purchase gas. I noticed your marketing materials that stated 3 roller items and a 40 oz drink for $3.99.While checking out I ASKED the guy behind the counter 3 times if they were $3.99, he mumbled something and rang it up at the regular price without responding to me. He had my money in his hand and apparently took as much as he wanted when I asked again he said my reward card expired. I walked out and immediately returned to returned the hot dogs I wanted because I felt disrespect and he couldn't care less. I immediately went to the Shell station and filled both my belly and tank.Thanks for providing me with the directions to go to your competition for proper customer service.”

“Premium gas having an issue and is slow. At times there are computer issues ..but none of this is the fault of the employees there. Most work hard and try their best. Only thing that would make it better across the board would be to never have to deal with short staffing issues or technology. ?”
“I went to Walgreens to have some photos printed off for a gift. I was lucky enough to have Raina help me at the Brentwood, Tn location.
She helped me use the Kioske to place my order printed my order off immediately, She asked me if I was a loyalty member & when I answered in the affirmative, she said I had a dollar to use toward my purchase..
I told her I had an old phone # & she asked if I wanted to change it & said it would not take a minute to do it. All I can say is Walgreens better hang onto Raina as she is a REAL asset to this company. She had a positive attitude, a smile that was genuine & looked like she truly enjoyed helping me! That’s rare in today’s retail world!!”

“NOT 24 HOURS - since covid, I think. Time of this review, was there on a weekday and they opened at 5am. Have gone to this gas station for years, always liked it (some have mentioned rude employees but I think that they are just not entitled rich people like those in the surrounding neighborhood). Joke around with the employees, treat them like people, they are always friendly.”
“This is not my local CVS but due to issues, I have had medication filled here several times and the pharmacy staff has been attentive, friendly, informative and helpful. Nancy really helped me out recently and took care of my needs in 10 minutes where a different pharmacy left me without medication or communication for three days. Thank you Nancy and CVS Brentwood!”
