If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. I've had cleaner and nicer jail cells compared to the rooms in this hotel. Everything was old and had rust or some sort of stain on it.

Checked in and checked right out. Filthy. Smelled like an old wet dog in the room. Mold on the ceiling. Everything old and worn. I honestly felt very unsafe as I was alone. Elevator was broken. Really unacceptable.

I don’t even know where to start with this place. Nothing works, the staff looks perpetually over it, and never follows up with requests. It seems they’re always out of stuff for the room, or the front desk people are either lying or too lazy to go look. This building seems to be held together with bubble gum and duct tape, and everything seems to be out of order from the lights to the elevator, laundry, to the phones to call the front desk. If you’re looking for an extended stay that is enjoyable do not come here. Horrible, horrible experience all around.

Stayed here the weekend of 4/5/24 and 4/6/24. Good price and great staff/service, but the bathtub drain was virtually clogged, tub faucet fixture loose and falling off, and a musty smell throughout the first floor. Had to ask for an iron and blow dryer which should have been in the room. And, they only clean the rooms every 5 days claiming it’s an “extended stay” place, but the section of the hotel I stayed in was not extended. Stay here if this reality suits you.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. My key didn’t work and they came up and fixed the door, even replaced the lock the next morning and offered to move rooms. It could have been turned over better though. I noticed crumbs on the floor and the shampoo was out in the bathroom. Love the large kitchen with dishes and utensils.Food & drinks: No breakfast but there are snacks for purchase and the rooms have a mini stove, full fridge, and dishes/utensils. I’d pick up a few things at the Publix nearby.

The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. The thermostat didn't work, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the couch was filthy. I had to wipe what I hope was chocolate off the remote. I checked in and and checked right back out. The staff at the front were very nice and welcoming. But.... this hotel looks and smells worn down. I opened the door to my room and it just smelled dank and staIe-like a really old house smells. I booked this last minute visit and chose this hotel on Expedia. I've stayed at several Sonesta hotels before so I guess I had certain expectations. But trust the low reviews on here, I won't book at this one again. It could really use a major facelift.

The location is great, rooms were decent enough for the price range, however, would have appreciated it if they didn't bug us with enquiring about our checkout early in the morning. We had to check out at 11, and the guy knocked right at 8 in the morning and then again somewhere around 10. Except that, we had a decent stay.

Doyle at the front desk is super friendly, great worker, easy to talk to, caring about your experience and room satisfaction. Great employee and deserves a great raise!Rooms: Room was good size, clean and quiet.Food & drinks: They have food and drinks up by the front desk.Noteworthy details: Very nice, clean, safe atmosphere.

The room was dirty specially the sofa bed was full with pet hair all over, the mattress in poor disgusting condition.Old Furniture in bad condition.We will not come again to this hotel.

This hotel manager needs a new job she literally don't know what she's doing first I'd like to say the black man there in the day was great and the location was nice but other than that it was bad first the general manager made our key not work after being there for 11 days with our daughters medical condition she literally refused to look at our receipts and transactions that clearly showed we had already paid she acted like a child and literally absolutely refused to even look she clearly does that often i believe she planned on taking the money or something cuz its not going to the hotel cuz it's over the sales the drawer will be over and i wonder how many ppl she does that to and what she does with the money only i child would act like that especially not a general manager should not conduct herself this way she claimed our room wasn't paid a hole day later tried to hold our things hostage despite the fact even our bank app and their paper work showed it was paid we literally had to pay for the same day twice then we file the dispute with our bank n got our money back cause even the app showed twice in one day then the old white guy changed the price on the items we got from the snack shop and made it like 2$ more expensive on all items worst my wife was bites by a black window we put our clothes in closet We just think god that it wasn't our baby

The location is great first of all. Brentwood is really beautiful area. The staff were extremely kind, down to earth and accommodating. The night staff on 5/24, the morning/day staff on 5/25 treated me really well. The biggest issue with this hotel is what others have stated, it’s out dated and my room smelled kind of funky. The sheets smelled clean, like detergent and bleach so that made me feel better. The toilet had a lot of body hair on the top of the lid. These are things that I cleaned myself and it didn’t freak me out because the rest of the room was so-so. The coffee maker didn’t work, but they had coffee downstairs.The bed was my biggest concern and I appreciate that whoever cleans the room focused on putting clean sheets. I think the staff needs huge raises because they’re giving excellent service in a place that really needs a serious deep clean and upgrade and I’m sure that people give them a hard time about it but there’s only so much you can do. Thank you to the Simply Sonesta staff for being so kind during my stay. Upper management ya’ll need to pay them more, they deserve it!
