They were great from the initial call and through the entire process when our Mother passed away. It wasn’t until after the services we paid for that the service went downhillI hate to even write this review because of the sensitive nature of the death process, but we have received horrible service from the time we picked up our Mother’s ashes. She passed away on April 30th, 2022. We received her cremains on May 21st - understand the process can take awhile. The problem is that we were not given the proper urn, nor additional ones that we ordered for my siblings. We have called and emailed multiple times and nothing has been resolved, even no response at times. We planned a memorial service a month (June 25th) after the requests were made to accommodate the urns and still nothing. My siblings and I still don’t have the proper urns and were not able to take them home after the family service we held. All we have is a box.We are very disappointed in the way this has taken shape. It feels as if once the funeral home had our money, their job was done.

It is now 17 days since our loved one passed. They did not follow up on the death certificate for 10 days, the employee assigned to the cremation and services left on vacation without submitting the photo verify to order the cremation and today find out they did not even submit the correct paperwork and the cremation was denied. And the obituary written was full of errors, typos poor grammar and spelling errors. We caught in time and rewrote it ourselves and still took days for them to post. We have been handed back and forth to multiple staff and managers, probably dealt with minimum of 4 so far. And still no ashes- imagine if we had a burial or memorial planned in the days after the death.

Binh Morris at Brentwood-Roesch-Patton was incredible. "Over and Above" service is an understatement. We held a local service for my dad in their chapel, which is set-up more like a gathering of friends than a traditional funeral chapel. The room is bright and warm, the technology worked without a hitch (on 2 large screens, we played a video I had made two years prior of dad's life), and Binh made the process simple and as stress-free as possible, taking care of things I hadn't thought of. But the Wow moment was when I saw Binh standing beside my father's casket in Mississippi, where we were burying my father in a Veteran's Cemetery. Binh had obtained approval to accompany him to all the way to MS for the military service. And he saved the day, because I hadn't made any service plans at all, beyond the military honors. I'd expected only immediate family and was shocked when a rather large crowd showed up to honor my father. Binh had brought a speaker and music he knew my father had requested when he'd made arrangements years before. We hadn't had time to play one particular song that dad had specified at the Brentwood service, and Binh had it ready for us. He is a true professional with a great heart.

During a difficult time Brentwood Roesch Patton Funeral Home was supportive, responsive and professional. To me they represent the ideal of what a funeral home should be.

Our experience at Roesch Patton Brentwood when my mother died was amazing. Ken Hodges is the consummate professional. He was compassionate and caring, but in no way overbearing. The arrangements were lovely, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I highly recommend their services during what is most assuredly a difficult time in everyone's life.
