Called weeks in advance to rent a boom lift for a commercial job… To start off, they called me the morning of and asked what time I wanted it delivered and this was at 7 AM and told them I wanted it there at eight and they said no problem. I was there waiting at 8 o’clock and they called and said it would be there till 9 o’clock. Once I got there, I found that they didn’t have a boom lift, all they had was a small little thing called a nifty Lift… This was not a boom lift , and because of the outriggers you had to come down from the workstation every time you needed to move the lift and reposition… This is not what I expected when they said they had a four-wheel-drive boom lift
Not only that, but the lift was a piece of junk that was falling apart… The basket leveling control didn’t work so you had to stand in this tiny little basket with all of your equipment that was completely unlevel… It was like working on unlevel ground where the floor is slanted all day long …The cable covers were falling off of the unit and the outrigger levelers didn’t work correctly… I called them at the end of the day and let them know of all the problems And told him that they should never rent a piece of equipment to a commercial contractor that has so many problems… I won’t be renting from them again

After 15+ years of using Brentwood Sales and Rental I won’t be coming back. purchased a Stihl accessory from them 21 days ago. Tried to return the accessory (unused) only to be told that they have a 7 day return policy. Now I’m out $230. They were completely unconcerned about the fact that I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. Unwilling to be flexible at all as they had their “script” to their policy. SMH. Oh btw does anyone see their return policy on their receipt? I sure don’t.

I usually go to U-Haul to get my propane refilled, but their machine was broken so I came here. They filled up my 5 gallon tank with 4 gallons and charged me over $30. $7/per gallon? Are you kidding me? That is outrageous!

Highly disappointed after driving over 40 minutes to pick up an ozone machine, they gave me an air purifier with a UV light, claiming it was an ozone machine. I took it home, tried it out, and it did nothing. After coming back to return it EARLY because it was not what I was told it was the clerk was very short and didn't want to hear anything I was saying. After asking if there was any refund for it being returned 4 days early, I was rudely told NO, to which I just took my receipt and left. I will not patronize this business or refer them to anyone after the careless customer service I received.

After striking out at several small engine shops in the area, I was finally referred to Brentwood Rental & Sales. They diagnosed the issue on my 20+ year old Honda 4514 riding mower and had me cutting again in just a few days. This was 2 years ago. Now they are my go to for servicing the same mower. Excellent staff, great communication. Also tons of great rentals and landscaping tools/equipment for sale.

I had a great experience with the staff here. They took care of a recall for my lawn mower and did annual maintenance. They were friendly and fair, a well run business!

I will never go anywhere else for my mower needs. The experience/customer service I had at Brentwood Rental and Sales was exceptional. I live in Murfreesboro and had contacted 3 different Honda service providers and none of them were willing to do warranty work. I called Brentwood Rental & Sales and they were more than accommodating and so very kind. Thank you for all of your help.

Were told by staff when we rented an item that we could return our rental any time the next day. We returned it ~9am and were charged an extra day for being “late” and the person working the desk told us the rental was due back at 8 am. Renter beware of this place. Definitely short on customer service!

Rented a KX18. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Overall an easy transaction. I would recommend Brentwood Rental & Sales for equipment rental.
