I've been a patient at Brentwood Family care for about 25 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dr. Wolfe-Sidberry and Karen have been my principal care providers and I love and appreciate them both. The office staff always goes the extra mile. Excellent medical care!

I've been a patient at Brentwood Family Care for 26 years and have never been disappointed with their service. The staff is extremely kind and truly care about the patients. I was hospitalized once and when I went back for a check up, I was told the entire staff prayed for me and was in tears when they heard about my condition. Dr. Wolfe is a straight shooter and will tell you everything that you need to hear. Her diagnoses has always been on point and I've had so many light bulb moments after she told me her analysis. I highly recommend you choose her as your PCP especially if you want honesty and accountability.

I have been a patient here since I was a child. Dr. Wolfe has always taken loving care of me and my family members. Even off hours. In a time where healthcare has become impersonal as big for-profit hospitals have taken over small clinics, I'm so grateful this practice is still around. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Healthcare is a nightmare across the board.

Don’t go to this clinic if you want caring and attentive providers. Extremely disappointed.I have been a patient of Brentwood family care for over 2 years. Many of my appointments went well, but there was one specific visit that had me saying to myself that I would never go back.As a provider, it is their job to make sure their patients concerns are heard. Karen Leonard was my provider during this visit that I had made for a minor health issue. I did mention to her that I was concerned about my airway, because while I was sleeping I would wake up gasping for air d/t my throat closing up. She responded by telling me that their establishment is a “walk in type clinic” and that she isn’t here to talk with me about that issue. I felt unimportant and silly for bringing it up to her. I ended up going to an ENT who diagnosed me with silent reflux which was causing my throat to close while I slept. It was so nice to be heard and appropriate cared for. It’s a huge liability for their office and that provider to ignore concerns when it comes to the airway. What if I didn’t wake up when I was having the laryngospams and then suffocated? I’m thankful that my ENT was able to treat this with PPI and H2 receptor blockers- something Karen Leonard could have easily prescribed had she given me the time of day.So I get a bill for this visit, and I thought I had paid it but they continued to send me an invoice for over a year. Countless times I tried to contact their billing department but was unsuccessful. Today I called and explained my frustration and asked why the person in charge of billing wasn’t there on a Wednesday at 11 am (what better time to call then during the week and before lunch?) I received a “That’s none of your business!” In a very aggressive tone, and then she proceeded to hang up on me.Never in my life have I been treated this way by any establishment. I myself am a nurse and understand being frustrated with patients, but it is important to remain calm and professional at all times. Very disappointed by how I was treated by these individuals.

Nothing good can be said about this office or the people there. They had no idea what penicillin is! Avoid at all cost.

Dr Wolfe is very unprofessional.Her knowledge is lacking, and she has an abrasive personality. Save yourself and find a good, caring doctor.

Scam. I haven’t been seen by the doctor in over two years and then all of a sudden two months ago I get a insurance payment claim notice saying that $120. I haven’t been seen by the doctor in two years and had a zero balance. And when I call the billing department no answer the people at the front desk are rude. A total scam

For a Dr’s office you’d Expect it to be sanitary. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! First off the lobby looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The restroom reminds me of an abandoned truck stop bathroom filled with roach traps and a bad night of food poisoning. It takes 2 minutes to do a daily clean and bleach! How does one blow out on the walls and handle of the toilet?! And you may want to check for roaches on everything.

Never going back. I scheduled an appointment for a specific day and time, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment did not exist and I would not receive care that day. This was a very disappointing experience since my time was wasted and I was brushed off as if it did not matter.

I was an interpreter for a family member that was a patient here. I had the chance to communicate with this clinic twice, via phone and in person and both times was absolutely a terrible experience. This office simply lacks professionalism and compassion. I also work in healthcare and this is no way to treat anyone let alone your patients. The nurse practitioner Nancy Wolf-Sidberry never actually met the patients needs or concerns after one year of going in for the same issue. Per the patient, she never displayed empathy during her visits.Kelly (the receptionist) is very rude and comes off extremely short. She absolutely had no right in calling the patients husbands and being untruthful and stating that we stopped by the office and “demanded” her medical records to transfer from this clinic. She played an instigator which caused issues between the couple afterwards. It’s essential for her to attend customer service courses immediately or she doesn’t need to come in contact with people because she is simply ill mannered.
