Basicly if anything goes wrong they'll claim it's not their fault. After years of getting my car washed there, the car behind me belonging to one of their employees ran into the back of my car. Not sure how it happened. He claims he was in neutral, I was in nutral. The employee refused to present his driver's license or did not have one and did not have insurance. Basically the manager was holding the line that it is impossible for cars to run into each other. They only have cameras at the start and end. I'm not an expert on auto car washes but the guy ran into me. Really the worst part was dealing with the manager that wanted me to take it up with his employee.

Love Brentwood Auto Wash!! The people that work there are sooo friendly and helpful wanting you to have the wash you want. Even Sarp was there after the wash checking to see if you were completely satisfied. The vacuums, towels, spray cleaners they have for you to use yourself after just an outside wash is such a welcome touch also. Check them out...I even have the monthly deal, which is a great deal.

Amazing spot for getting your car cleaned, especially if you don’t feel like doing the insides yourself. Good staff, very respectable and they answer the phone.
