We went to the dealership looking for used cars. Chad, the salesman, And Michael in financing did outstanding job helping us out purchase the vehicle we were looking for. We were quite happy with what we got. The manager went down some on the price. Chad could not have been more Accommodating. Michael did all the paperwork to go to our bank which made things a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend BMW of Nashville on armory Drive

Bought a 2024 recently in Brentwood and immediately an A/C sensor did not work. The service person said he would have to order it from Germany, with no ETA and no follow-up on the status of the order over a month later. No status updates, nothing. They kind of shrug their shoulders and maybe they can fix my new car or not. Guess they do not care once the purchase is complete.
Update1: Got contacted, and the current line is the cars in the past 3 years just don't have service parts available. OK... so the Germans just stopped creating spare parts? Does anyone buy this?
Update2: Contacted by GM. Still working on sourcing a part. Not resolved.

Found a CPO car on the company site that was exactly what I wanted. Called and spoke with Sergio Parcescu and got all the details. Was ready to make the purchase and was informed by Sergio that the company does not accept outside financing. Told me I had to go though one of their lenders or I cannot buy it. Don’t bother calling unless you are willing to fill out a finance application so the dealer can make extra money on that. Bought a car from another dealership.

I had high hopes when going into the dealership due to all the great reviews and awards they have. I was quickly made aware that wasn’t the case. I recently purchased a 2015 BMW 335i from here. The car was listed $3,000 above market value, when questioned about it, they literally could not explain why they had it listed that high. There was no haggle or wiggle room on the price… on top of that, the car was sold to me with a bad cabin filter, engine light on, tail light was falling out the next day, and the rear driver tire is all the way down to the wear bar. When I took the car in today, not only did I have to sit for almost an hour before even seeing the salesman, they refused to put a new tire on or cabin filter. After picking up the car, within 3 hours it started violently shaking and having “drivetrain malfunction”. I took the car back and was given a loaner. I’ve had my new car for 4 days, and have it in service twice, with 2 different loaner vehicles. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealer to anyone, not sure how they got an award for “Excellent Sales Experience”… this entire process has been horrible.
Just wanted to add an additional comment. Graysen, one of the service people, was amazing. Very honest, helpful, and quick. Him and Patrick are the best people there.

The service is outstanding! People there go out of their way to be helpful. From the shuttle drivers all the way up, they are faultless. I can go there with complete confidence.

Terrible experience. We walked in ready to spend 100k to buy or order a car, simply looking for someone to provide us with information. We were left standing in the showroom for 5-10 minutes while salespeople stood around us doing nothing. We finally walked up to the woman at the desk, who treated us as less than human, handed us to one of said service people standing around doing nothing, who quite literally looked us up and down while responding with "I don't know I'd have to look" to every question. THEN GO LOOK! I'm disgusted by the customer service. I will drive to another state to place an order for a car before I buy here. There's no sense in being made to feel bad and receiving bad customer service when you're spending this much money. Salespeople need to learn that the way someone looks or dresses is no indication of how much money they make, their credit score, or what they can afford. Pathetic.

The staff was awesome! My salesman, Chad, great guy! Easy to work with! Did a lot of the leg work on the front end. Made buying a car easy! Finance guy, Adam, respectfully helpful, also great to work with! For someone who knew nothing about the process, they made it fair, seamless, and with true concern overall. Thanks so much!!! I contacted BMW Nashville to purchase a used Genesis GV80. I live out of state. The Salesman never called me and just told me on an email to schedule an appointment. Really? I even mentioned I was a cash buyer ready to buy the Genesis. No reply back. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a dealership that values customers.
