We found John on Facebook and reached out to him via email. He contacted us the next day and we set up a meeting that week and got to work on finding us the best loan for us. Within 6 months we found a house and can’t thank John enough for making it all work for our family!

John was incredible throughout the process. Mine was a difficult transaction with lots of moving parts. John navigated the troubled waters and kept his eye on the goal. Working with John Baugh you know exactly what your getting. He doesn't dance around the truth because he's afraid of saying hard things. You know exactly where you stand and where to go to get to the closing table. You don't have to worry with John. And where there is a way, John cuts through red tape and finds the way to make things happen. He is a great guy with lots of connections and referrals so if you need anything home related...he's got a guy (or gal) for that! He never leaves you stranded or on your own. He walks you through from start to finish and beyond. If you want a straight shooter who will make sure you get your dream home, investment property or new construction home, you just found your guy.

I'm the type of adult learner that requires a lot of repetition, especially when it comes to knowing what my financial obligations will be and keeping track of many details. John Baugh was truly helpful and understanding (and patient) when explaining process, keeping me on track with knowing market rates and newsworthy updates. All of our communication was through phone calls or emails, texts and throughout the entire process, he was kind, returned my calls/answered my questions and usually went above and beyond to help me get items answered from other representatives. He connected me with our custom home builder, and that level of trust and comfort really makes a difference for such a big life-changing decision. I truly appreciate his advice and recommendations on how I could make my dreams come true. I finally got to meet John in person at the closing of my construction loan and it was all smiles and laughter! He's professional and personable, just a joy to interact with and someone I'll refer to my friends and family when they want to achieve their dreams!

It is a shame there is only a 5 star rating system available here. We would rate John Baugh higher if we could. From start to finish, John is the absolute best at what he does in every respect. You cannot go wrong with John and Bell Bank Mortgage.

John was great, worked tirelessly and was transparent throughout. He had a great attitude from that first call all the way through the closing! Closing was as hassle free as they can be and I always understood where we were in the process. Bell created an atmosphere of team throughout this transaction and I appreciate them for that.
