Alonzo and Alivia were absolutely amazing. They walked me through each step of the process with care and understanding since it was my first home purchase. They made sure they answered each of my questions and communicated with me exceptionally well. They were extremely precise in educating me surrounding the finances and financial impact of my purchase. I’m sure they treat every customer as I was! You won't find another loan officer that works harder and with more heart to see you get into your dream home! I love working with Alonzo. He knows so much about what he does and getting creative to make the loan happen. He doesn't pass you off to anyone. When you call Alonzo, you get Alonzo. And he's aaaaamazing!

I just received a new mortgage through Bell Banks, and it was a very seamless process. Alonzo was very friendly, helpful and professional. His communication skill were great, as in keeping me up todate on what was going on. Alonzo always made sure that I understood what I had read and he showed me respect, and professional service. Alonzo's assistant manager was always very friendly, professional and always very helpful. They both helped to make things go very smoothly and in a timely fashion! Thanks Alonzo!

I recently went through the home buying process; and now that I have had a little time to settle in, I need to give credit where credit is due. I cannot say enough good things about Alonzo Stanley and his team. If you are anything like me, you see home loan info and get a bit overwhelmed. Alonzo was there every step of the way. Not only did he make it simple, but also he always took his time to explain things and was patient when I had questions. The accessibility that he provided during this process was second to none. Alonzo was great to keep in touch and never more than a call or text away. His team is also fantastic! They worked diligently to get an appraisal scheduled around the holidays, and made sure I was able to close before Christmas (which was my ultimate goal and no easy feat)! Alonzo and his assistant, Alivia, were at closing to ensure everything went smoothly and brought the most thoughtful closing gift. If you are in the market for a home loan and want someone who will be there for you and make the process much less daunting, I would highly recommend Alonzo and his team at Bell Bank!
