I went to O’reileys first and unfortunately, they were extremely unhelpful. When I walked into Batteries plus Jonathan P. had a great personality, was extremely helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. These days it's so hard to find kind people in customer service this was a great experience!

Jonathan was AMAZING! He knew his stuff and saved me money by not allowing me to buy a backup battery that would just sit in the shelf. He asked about the business account but I did NOT feel pressured to sign up. He was soooo easy to deal with and I felt very appreciated and taken care of as a customer. THANK YOU!

I had an issue with a light at my house, and Jeff went above and beyond to help me figure out the model of the light, what it needed, and my best solution moving forward. His customer service was EXCELLENT, he was educated on the matter, and he knew who to connect me with to resolve the issue. Thank you Jeff for your help, and batteries and bulbs for having such wonderful employees. I will always go there first for anything I need!!

Good deal on a car battery. Had to order online to get the 20% discount which is kinda stupid but it worked out okay.
