Surprisingly an awesome one. Fully stocked and they have a huge board game section now which is cool. Even a sectioned off kids area with every genre imaginable for them. The staff was super helpful and friendly when I needed help finding a book. This location really stands out!!

Clean store and friendly staff! Such a happy place to be in, especially on a rainy day. Loved the new release section and how clearly each book is displayed. Also, I appreciate how the genres are organized and the layout of the store.

Way overpriced, you can get books significantly cheaper on Amazon, Target, etc. Even with a membership, you are still paying more. I still like the atmosphere, so that's a plus.

Amazon has turned Barnes and Nobles back into an independent like book store, always better experience vs the fake digital one that takes advantage of the authors and workforce

An issue arose with my Nook Glowlight 4 Plus, which resulted in needing to turn it in on warranty. I attempted to call the 1800 number but could not connect with anyone. My only recourse was to go into my local store.I was helped by three employees, Theresa, Rumalda and Aaron. The staff at this location is absolutely superb. From beginning to end, I felt that the staff was invested in helping me resolve this issue.Unfortunately, we had to deal with the Barnes and Nobles 1800 number in store. That itself was a nightmare for both myself and the associates. I won’t go into detail here since those actions are a reflection on the corporate level. It is safe to say had my experience been solely with customer service at the corporate level I would have suspended all my business with Barnes and Nobles. The company owes a great deal to the customer service provided at the Brentwood TN’s physical location for restoring my faith in the brand I lost dealing with their 1800 associates.I have been a premium member for years as well as an audio book subscription holder. I chose the NOOk ereader as my ereader of choice because I believe it is important to support the bookstores IN the community. This is also why I continue to renew my premium subscription and purchase what I can from this physical location.Employees like Theresa, Rumalda, and Aaron are the heart and soul of why I continue to return to this local store. They deserve a raise and recognition for their exemplary work and dedication to their customers. They are the reason I will be back. They are the reason that this store belongs in our community. I’m sure the rest of the team is excellent as I have always had pleasant experiences at this location but today these are the individuals that specifically demonstrated what customer care is all about.

Nothing compares to the feel and smell of a good book. I love that there's still a Barnes& Noble to go to.
