Usually I enjoy the cafe but today one of the staff / baristas was a bit intrusive in my personal space in the cafe, like the lady tried to sweep my direction and run me away with the broom it felt like super close to me. at first i thought it was me bc i have ptsd slightly, but no it really was intrusive as i waited for my coffee, and she even snuck up right behind me like not sure what was going on but it startled me and didn't feel like respectful or professional behavior. won't be back, cheesecake wasn't fresh either. no thanks. ✌?

Great staff. Always helpful though you may have to wait in line. They didn't have either of the books I wanted but I suppose they can't stock everything.

They had 2 copies of a book I needed but they were not in the same place. It took about 15 minutes to find the second copy. The lady helping was great. She understood the problem and worked it.

Tried this location after the one in Hendersonville closed and it was not a great experience. It's much smaller and felt very claustrophobic. Also the cafe was dirty and not very pleasant to sit in.
