I have been taking my cat, Katherine, to this specific location for almost 3 years now and will continue to take her there as well as future pets.The staff and I have created an amazing report to the point that I can drop by for them just to see Katherine for a pick-me-up visit if we are out and about on the the town for the day.Katherine has never been quite social until more recent years and she ADORES the whole staff there. They are always thorough with their checkups on her and amazing at explaining what is going on.Occasionally there are times that I do have to do some follow ups regarding some items, but I understand that they can only do so much in a day depending on what kind of load they have going on.I have never had a horrible visit where calm discussion didn't end up fixing everything.We love Dr. McGuire but all of the vet staff as well because they truly care about Katherine when I bring her in. So grateful for every single one of them!

The new office by Walmart...it isn't so good even with the old crew staying aboard. I've been taking my baby here since he was 8 weeks old. We began inside Petsmart, the store. The hellos were warm and welcoming, and the move to the new spot has left me feeling that they now aren't too concerned, forgetful, caring and/or ignoring.The billing department for this hospital is totally horrible.So, I am looking into maybe trying to see if I might have other options out there for my baby and our bank.

I called regarding a shot that my dog got that was $50.00 for itching I was told that I would get a call back the same day or the next day, but I didn’t and he is still itching. Then when I called back to follow up I was given ever excuse and was told that the provider that saw my dog last would not be back until the 12th and no other provider could look at his chart and advise me on what I could give or other recommendations nor was I told that the last provider wouldn’t be back until the 12th and the last provider that saw him is out as well ugh I’m so frustrated regarding the situation whole communication process. I left 2 messages regarding 2 different things and didn’t get a call about either thing not even a call to say both providers are out! I pay a monthly fee for the care of my dog and that’s how they get paid but I can’t even get a straight answer from no one. That a problem for me. I change to this location because of a bad experience that I had with another location but I see it’s no difference.

Save yourself the trouble. You're not going to pay any more if you actually take your pet to a private owned, not corporate, that that has actual experience and no turnover. You also shouldn't have to drop your dog off all day for a basic panel.It's always different people when I go and even with their wellness program, you find out that this wormer is not included or that x-ray is not included. And don't forget to read your receipt when you pay because there's a high chance they forgot to do several things. When my dog threw up some large black mystery item while under their care, the vet actually told me she didn't think about putting gloves on so she could look at it, so she just didn't pay it any mind.To the front office lady who brings her little puppy to work, you need a raise or you need to go work somewhere else. You deserve better.

Been coming to this location for my 13 year old dog’s care for several years. He has multiple heart conditions and takes 5 medications 4 times per day. We started coming here because of Dr. McGuire, who is a wonderful vet and cares deeply for our pup. And she is the only reason we have continued coming here. We have finally decided to find a new vet because of the incredibly rude staff here. It is like an act of Congress trying to get a medication refilled, and every time we call or come by for medications we feel that we are a burden and are bothering them.Caring for a sick, elderly dog is not easy. And these people have not made it any easier. Just go somewhere else for care.As a physician assistant, I understand how challenging working in medicine can be. Kindness goes a long way.But Dr. McGuire is still the very best. Our dog wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for her. She knows her stuff and treats our dog like her own.

I really like the people here and trust that they’re being sweet to my little weirdo dogs. They never complain about my beagle barking and they’re efficient and helpful every visit. Thanks!

Dont bother signing up for the pet plan, you wont have an easy time getting out of it. Used the same credit card for years that hasnt had issues, and I would constantly get calls saying there was an issue with the card, yet when I presented the EXACT same card it would go right through. When trying to cancel I would get a 1800 number that would make you jump through hoops. Back in march my card got compromised and instead of canceling or even calling me, I get sent to collections for something out of my control. Okay fine. So i call the banfield billing number and talk about this situation and try to weigh my options, and they hang up on me. Lots of professionalism the whole ride. Don't recommend.

Could not have asked for a more compassionate and professional staff. We had a scheduled euthanasia of our 11 year old lab that we had to make suddenly. They fit us in quickly, explained the whole process and made sure all of our wishes were honored. Let us spend time with her before and afterwards, helped us to the car with her, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Banfield for taking exceptional care of us and our Chloe.

After calling every emergency vet in town on a Sunday and not one willing to look at a ferret that was bleeding from the mouth and wouldn’t stop…. The male vet said he would take a look and see what he could do!He was extremely kind and compassionate and so were the techs and receptionist! Thank you all so much for being willing/trying to save the baby!

I came out of overreaction and I know the vet knows their stuff and it wasn't a total emergency but I wanted something addressed and they said it was allergies. I know it was a skin infection but they still gave me antibiotics :) would come here in an actual emergency!

I recently visited Banfield Maryland Farms, and I must say that it is an exceptional veterinary clinic. The service is top-notch, and the staff is courteous and respectful. The attention given to our kitties during their examination was impressive, highlighting their commitment to providing the best care possible.My latest experience with Dr. Mayer was wonderful. She had a great bedside manner and was very thorough in her examination. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the appointment, and I feel confident in her abilities as a veterinarian. I look forward to having her as our primary vet in the future.Overall, I highly recommend Banfield Maryland Farms for anyone seeking excellent veterinary care for their furry family members. The staff is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and the clinic truly cares about the well-being of the animals they treat. This is the best Banfield in the greater Nashville area bar none.

Ashley and Betty provided EXCELLENT service. I was heavily panicking due to my dog facing an emergency where her life was on the line, and they both provided me with excellent urgent care suggestions that were not as expensive as most places. Its thanks to them that my baby is now feeling better. Thank you both so so so much for being such a big help when I needed it the most <3!

It is life or death for my bunny right now and Bandfield was the only vet that would squeeze him in between appointments and see him! Dr. Herman is amazing. So nice and passionate about his work. I’m praying my bunny pulls through (edit, he pulled through!!), but regardless, I’m grateful for being seen last minute on a Sunday! Highly recommend!
