I bought a bed cover for my 2023 Honda Ridgeline truck about a week after I folded the top all the way back and attempted to open the in-bed storage compartment only to find that it would only open up to about 45 degrees before it hit the side rails that the cover lays on I took it back and an employee said that he would have someone call me back that never happened so I left 3 messages finally Wade called me back and told me he would call the factory he called me back and said the it was the truck manufacturer fault and there was nothing he could do I find this unacceptable I owned a service company in Nashville for 33 years and warranty all products I installed regardless of what the manufacture said unfortunately I paid with a check because they were going to charge me 3% to use a credit card so now I have no option but to sue which will cost us both more than the cost of the top. My main complaint is that they wouldn't even offer to work with me to resolve this issue.just read their reviews 1 said live and learn but I believe in live and get even (I'm speaking financially of course) "we have to be careful with what we say in a world where everyone is so tender and sensitive ".p.s. I got a call from Wade on 9/29/23 and he said he was able to get the factory to reimburse him for the bed cover so I picked up a new cover from Honda (Darrell Waltrip) my wife and I removed the other cover and put the new cover on took about an hour. We returned the cover to Auto Pro picked up the check I think it could have been handled a little better but I have no hard feelings. If you have a Ridgeline go to the dealer or google BK Honda part's you can save about $300.00 but shipping costs $245.00.

I recently had a car stereo installed for my Jeep at this business. I ask lots of questions. Thus, Wade and his staff were exceptional and extremely friendly in answering those questions. I hope to do business with this local establishment again in the future. For car stereos, they offer several affordable options, and I was glad I connected with this shop for these reasons.

This place is run by lying crooks. Specifically Wade, the owner. We purchased our vehicle on November 7th with the understanding that AutoPro would pay to replace the damaged wheel bearing (as indicated in our paperwork THEY filled out). We spent hundreds of our own dollars to figure out it was a rear wheel bearing (their mechanics couldn’t figure it out). The rear wheel bearing is more expensive than what they wanted to pay. My husband called Wade for WEEKS, and Wade continually said “trust me, I’m going to take care of it”. Eventually, Wade started ignoring the calls. When we finally went into their offices, Wade said “I’m not paying for that wheel bearing”. We were set up to buy multiple vehicles from this place. This experience has been so horrific, I suggest no one buy a vehicle here. The salesmen lie, and the mechanics do not know what they’re doing. Avoid at all cost!

Wade, Chris and team are outstanding. I purchased my leer and Thule accessories from Auto Pro and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently had an issue with my Thule roof rack that was caused by a car wash. Wade and Chris stayed late on a Friday to fix my issue. I consistently recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers!Mike was hands down the best guy to go to for anything cars. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and he really talked me through my options and helped me find the best car for my family. He made me feel as if I was his only customer and often went above and beyond while working with me. I can't say enough good things about him and will always come back to him for all of my future auto purchases. ?Also, Wade in accessories is wonderful to work with. I appreciate all of the time put into ensuring all of the fun additions were ready for me when I came to pick my truck up. The kids love the sub and take turns as to who sits in the 3rd row. ?I feel confident recommending AutoPro because they continuously show me that good business is their priority.

I bought a 2009 Lexus RX 350 there a couple of weeks ago. The guys there were so helpful to me in the process. They were both hassle-free and very professional. I am so skeptical of places but if I needed to buy a car again soon they would hands down be the first place I would go. They didn't require me to jump through a lot of hoops on their end to test drive the vehicle either. My car had 160k of mile already but will easily get that many more. They even made recommendations for getting it checked out. Above and beyond superior service!

This man sells Jesus. He make sure that that’s playing on the radio of every car to try to get you to trust him. After we left the owner had the nerve to call me two days in a row claiming he “came in on his off day trying to help me “like that makes him something special because he fix what I found wrong with the car. I would never trust the crooked guy.

I had some Katzkin leather seats installed in my Jeep Wrangler, and I also asked them to do a full detail on it. Wow. Wow. Wow. They did such a great job on both. I will definitely return.

I read through some of these comments and find them perplexing. Yesterday I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in to have the seats redone with Katskin leather and to say the least, they are phenomenal! Absolutely love them, they change my entire Wranglers look. The installer went above and beyond and even vacuumed and cleaned the floor mats for me to enhance the entire new seat appeal.

Before and after pics of just what they did to the outside, not counting everything they did to replace all the speakers. One stop shop for everything. Even had leather with heating and cooling put in my 2021 rav 4 as well.
