I am a vendor for one of their HOA in Clarksville.
We have a written contract in place for services the community agreed upon.
Rita is very unprofessional with billing invoices out on time. I have waited weeks for payments.
She will not assist in helping vendors sign up for direct deposit as well.
We have a clubhouse that is rented out and she does not communicate when it needs serviced. I’ve went in multiple times to clean the stalls and clubhouse was dirty which takes away from my company. It is unsanitary to continue renting it out without proper procedures as well.
We still do not have a locksmith to come change the locks for commercial toiletries to be installed either.
She acts clueless when spoken to about these issues like we never had a conversation.
I wouldn’t recommend servicing this company until they hire someone who can uphold their job description.

I don't understand if they are clueless, incompetent or just purposely want yo take from homeowners. This is one of the worst HOA I have seen.

BEWARE OF ASSOCIA of TN (Nashville)!!! They are thieves, unprofessional and liars. If any community is thinking about hiring this company to manage their properties/HOA's...
DON'T DO IT!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! My HOA regrets doing business with Associa of TN. Our properties value within our community has gone down, our community is unsafe due to squatters/meth junkies allowed to take over 2 empty homes. They simply manage properties just to take in salaries for their staff...they don't manage my community well at all, don't return calls or emails, refuse to put in repair orders, have several complaints and are being replaced in November 2024. GOOD RIDDINS THIEVES!!!

Our HOA deals with Associa just with financing. This is the worst company to deal with. They will never get back with you. It’s been over six months now and no response.

Can't get anyone local on the phone. Simple question is dragging on for weeks.
Update: I tried that. I've requested a call back from local leadership and from the board. Crickets...
Another update. Have a new issue. After multiple calls and emails I still can't get an answer. The phone tree is useless.

What a terrible company. I have not had a single positive experience with my HOA. Literally every interaction is confrontational, accusatory, and seeking to blame homeowners for every pathetic detail they can dream up. What a waste.

Associa has been my HOA for 17 years. I can honestly say that the only thing they do is assess and continually try to raise our monthly fees. There are no amenities besides trash pickup and mowing. They are consistently unresponsive to questions, comments, or concerns from the actual homeowners. However, the biggest issue is the avoidance of their responsibilities as per the bylaws and covenant.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Rita Alleshouse today, she was very responsive to my request. She answered all my questions she’s made using this app a little easier for me. I was having a couple issues. She’s doing a wonderful job at Governors Crossing. I find her very easy to speak with and she’s very helpful very professional, and I am so glad it was able to speak with her directly. She’s a very diligent and professional associate. She really helped me out and I can’t thank her enough. She was able to take the time explain couple things to me trying to advocate and now I get the task that she’s got at hand and none of us have made it easy But she’s adjusting just fine and she will make the best associate for the governors crossing so welcome Rita. I’m glad I was able to work with you and I look forward to more years of working with you at Governors Crossing. Thanks again. Have a great day.. Michelle

***THE MOST HORRIBLE ***HOA Management Company. If I could give Zero rating, I would. This company claimed my house is a part of the HOA which when I purchased in 2017 was told by my sellers AND the title company there was no HOA for me and 1 of my neighbors. From what we were told, both of our houses were purchased when there was NO HOA.
We went 6 years WITHOUT a notice from any HOA. Then lo & behold May 2023, when I decide to sell my house, this sorry management company claims I owe HOA fees from 2018 to present, plus late fees. Well, my neighbor and I had NEVER received any notices before this. Of course, we could never get a person when we called the office so I wrote back explaining I’m not in the HOA and don’t care to join since they seemingly do little to nothing for the upkeep of the surrounding property. There’s dumping in the subdivision, even the subdivision sign is dilapidated with no upkeep. They don’t care about the neighborhood.
Fast forward to me selling last week (March 2024) and my title company is sent a HOA statement showing nearly $5000 due, including a $1900 back bill from 2018 (with NO supporting bills available per Kennedy in the Brentwood office when requested two weeks ago from me. They just “figured it out manually”. And included is a oh-yeah, gotta attorney fee for $1700 (which I never received a notice of or from an attorney) . These people are crooks.
BEWARE of ANY subdivision that uses them.
