“Hannah made our move in experience wonderful. We were coming in from out of town, exhausted, and tired and she greeted us with cold waters and smiles. She helped moved our luggage to our apartment and gave us an overview of the neighborhood. There were a few items we requested maintenance service to correct and they worked to adjust our home expeditiously. Stacey, Caitlin, Moe, all of the maintenance staff and workers here have been absolutely amazing and we appreciate them more than words can say!

We have lived here 6 months and in that time while there has been some hurdles with power issues, water issues, dated appliances, etc. With a little friendly communication They have been nothing short of incredible to deal with.

Almost everything we have brought to their attention has been remedied remarkably fast considering the size of the community they are responsible for upkeeping!

I can’t thank them enough for showing our family especially my children so much kindness and grace every time we pop by the office.

These apartments have been here a very long time and I am genuinely impressed with their efforts to keep updating and make them better. While there are still a few details that need attention I have no doubt in my mind that this company will take care of it as soon as they can! That’s a great feeling especially knowing that there are so many companies out there with rentals that could care less!

“The whole experience from viewing the apartments, to move-in, to living here has been nothing short of exceptional. Savanna was an absolute delight to work with. She showed me many different options on viewing and answered my many, many questions - and I had a lot. You would not have known she was only new to the business, she was so professional and worked with me through the application process which I was prepared to be difficult as I was brand new to the US. The whole leasing team are always friendly and helpful.
Given I would be living here mostly on my own security was extremely important and I feel totally safe here. I never hear my neighbours on either side (I hope they don't hear me either!). Occasionally I hear the upstairs neighbour stomping about but it's not bothersome.
The apartments and common areas of the buildings are clean and well maintained (the maintenance team are fabulous). The gym is okay, it could use more weight options but that's just my personal preference. Can't wait until summer to use the pool.
