Excellent service excellent work, they take care of your vehicle and give it back to you clean. They do the work exactly as they say. And they do not overcharge you. And very clean establishment love the fact that they have workstations with Wi-Fi for us business people to go and sit in to continue working, while our vehicles being serviced.

Had an issue with a repair that Andrews service handled and did an unacceptable job on that needed to be repaired again for which I was charged. Not only was I charged again, the cost was twice as much as the estimate they provided. After going around in circles with the service manager as she continued to make up stuff on the fly, the conversation became very unproductive. I was told the GM would reach out to me which hasn't happened. Why would anyone want to give their business to a car dealership they can't trust to be honest and own up to their mistakes. Andrew, Instead of talking to your own people to draw your conclusions which is based on their story filled with inaccuracies it might be better to call me. I didn't put in all the details because I didn't wanted to write a book on my dealings with your dealership. Once again you are quoting your own employees story which is just covering themselves. The dealership has my number, I would be more than happy to give you the correct version of the events.

We only have the best things to say about our experience with Andrews Cadillac of Brentwood. They are true professionals in every sense and our experience has been excellent. The salesmanship and experience working with Jason Alexander was beyond expectation and he went far and above to meet our every request, even making himself available on his days off. We are sure loving our 2024 XT6 premium sport (with onyx package) vehicle!

Follow up to previous post. It just did not get better. They were unhelpful and patronizing. We have purchased over 20 vehicles and have never had a bad experience with a car or a dealer until now. This dealership was untrustworthy and dishonest with us....it's the way we were treated.....it's the way we were treated.....It's the way we were treated..... Thanks Nelson. I would be happy to try to resolve if you decided to take this seriously. I have bent over backwards trying to be accommodating,. As you know there are many many facts about what happened during the sale and subsequent to the sale and how we were mistreated every step of the way. I am like most people who just wanted to be treated with the same honesty, transparency, and fairness (and the courtesy of doing what you say you will do) that I offered to you. Unfortunately, during my conversation with your office I was told, that this is the first time they have ever had an issue with a car sale and that the dealership does not want to try to resolve it. Have a nice weekend.

Jason Alexander was amazing to work with. He provided the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. He was incredibly kind, intuitive, and knowledgeable. He did a great job anticipating what I would need before I was even aware I would need it. It was a very low pressure experience for my family and I. I would absolutely do business with him in the future. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Waited patiently for a year with 1k deposit for an Escalade. They then proceeded to say I needed to fly in to sign for the car and I could have it shipped home. Never had a dealership refuse to mail documents before and was told that they gladly refund my deposit now and give my spot to someone local. Awful customer service, awful sales team from management down, awful "policies" that they cook up whenever convenient for them. Hard pass.

Took my wife's truck in for some warranty work, and a small wheel repair. Nothing crazy, but Jeff in the service department went above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner, and over communicate when things were ready. He delivered great customer service. I won't deduct for the loaner car they gave me. But it really needed a quick detail for the amount of starbucks/coffee that was splashed all over the center console/steering wheel.

Have a 2015 SRX that was purchased new at this dealership and they're great! Had my scheduled oil change and tire rotation done this past week and I was in/out in just a little over an hour. They also washed and vacuumed the car for me too. Very nice and polite staff.

Completely disappointed with Andrews Cadillac Collision Center. Our family has had body work done here in the past and when my teen aged daughter needed body work on her car as a result of a minor accident Andrews was the only place I considered. After making all arrangements with our insurance co. and Andrews I was told by Andrews to bring the car in and repairs would take about a week. I received zero calls to update me on progress of the repair. I called 8 days later and the part had not even arrived and they seemed to have no idea when it would. I picked up the car (not repaired) and received a call the next day stating part had arrived. 5 days later Andrews called saying repair was completed. Upon my arrival the cracked windshield was not repaired and they claimed this was the first they had heard of a cracked windshield which is un-true because I personally spoke to both the insurance co via telephone and the repair agent IN PERSON at Andrews about this. Additionally to not being complete, the repair was not of good quality (old parts and new parts not aligned visibly). Just very disappointed in quality of work and lack of communication. Not what I expected from Andrews Cadillac based on my previous experience and their reputation.

I recently moved here from out of state and own a pre-certified Escalade ESV. I've been having some issues with the rear window heater popping off. It's been into Andrews multiple times to get it reattached, however anytime the weather changes guess what happens?!? Yep, it pops off. Well this time, my husband was told rudely (and was notated incorrectly in the GM warranty log) that apparently this is happening due to cargo I am hauling and that they would fix this as a 'courtesy' to me. Ummmm...it's MY car and the only cargo I am hauling is my kids! I do not haul "cargo"! Then upon discussion of this point, they refused to modify the commentary to notate the actual facts. So now my car history says the issue is due to me hauling cargo rather than the actual truth. Also, one of the engine mounts broke *again* and the Service Dept didn't even tell us!!! I had to read the report in order to see that! Nor did they bother to check to see that it was covered under the warranty, but rather told me that I had to pay for it. Oh, and, no, I am not offroading unless you consider my driving the kids to school daily and shopping at Costco. And while I understand it may not be possible to get an ESV or even just a standard Escalade as a loaner, each time we are presented with a downright dirty car! Completely inexcusable. Not only dirty on the outside but also littered with someone else's garbage on the inside! Yuck! And best of all they are now telling us that they REFUSE to service my car, and are acting as if we are the problem. Perhaps the owner should seriously look at your staff and give them a major attitude adjustment. Is this how you treat someone who buys an ESV?? Or perhaps it's because we didn't originally buy the car from your dealer??? We couldn't have even bought it from you as we didn't live here at the time. Well, an Escalade ESV is the ONLY car I want, along with what is a typical great Cadillac customer experience. Theres a reason I wanted this car only, but now after being treated like this, I am truly disappointed. And best of all is that since we're coming up on the warranty we were about to get ready to look for a replacement ESV. I can't imagine buying that car from you given the negative experiences. Never in a million years have we been treated this way. I imagine if you buy a used Kia Rio you would be treated better. SHAME ON YOU.
