I've been here almost 6 hours now stranded in Brentwood, while waiting for a service done for a recall. They gave no time frame for how long it would take and asking for updates is like pulling teeth (I tried called twice and it went to voice-mail, and had to go back in person to ask) and have not been accurate. At 3 pm, they said it will be ready soon, its "in detail" now. An hour later and a half later, it hasn't been detailed, and I just need my car back at this point. I almost wish I didn't get an Alfa Romeo just because dealing with this place has been so difficult from day 1. Alfa romeo makes great cars, but this place just doesn't care, and doesn't know anything about customer service.

This dealership is trash. Do not buy a car, car parts, or bring a car in for maintenance here. I’ve been in 5 times in the past MONTH for repairs. Brought a perfectly functioning car in for its 60k mileage maintenance. Get the car back, and within an hour the check engine light is on. I take it back in. Diagnostic says to replace the battery and purge valve. I said “well the battery light didn’t come on.. so no.” Replaced purge valve. $700. Within 30 minutes of driving the engine light comes BACK ON. I bring it back. The EVAP canister needs to be replaced. They weren’t sure why it wasn’t replaced with the purge valve because they usually are replaced together!!!!! They tried to charge me for the 3rd diagnostic to which I said absolutely not. They missed an obvious issue. The battery was never brought up again—they will take advantage of you here and recommend repairs on perfectly working parts. I have been left in the waiting in area TWICE; I wait for someone to come get me when my car is ready. I have to go find someone and then they’re like “OH! It’s been ready!” Horrible customer service. No one answers their phone if you call. The only redeeming quality about this place is a woman named Sally. She’s a breath of fresh air and the only person who cares about the customer.

disappointed that after trading in two exotic cars,( full tanks of gas) for the purchase of one, dealership delivered the car to me with a near empty tank of gas. I would have expected a full tank like every other dealership offers!

If I could rate zero stars I would. My wife brought her car to get routine service and usually the car comes back looking almost brand new but this last time was a different story. I was unaware that Music City detailing was no longer contracted with this dealership and had I known that her car would come back with multiple scratches on the wheels and the car itself because it was done poorly by what I can only assume is some kid they put back there to do cheap labor I would have told her to tell them not to wash it. They had a good team with Music City Detailing it's a shame they parted ways because I will now have to schedule a routine clean of our cars with their mobile team rather than throw money at some kid who will do a poor job at the dealership. I hope they figure out that their detail team can't get the job done or they're gonna have more upset customers coming their way.

I absolutely love German and Italian luxury cars until they need routine maintenance and/or repair. My Alfa Romero Guilia kept stalling at stop lights and most repair shops refused to look under the hood due its intricate computer system. Carlock Motorcars was the only place that was willing to service this vehicle on short notice. It needed a battery and computer update. The service department has excellent customer service and had my car running without any issues in three days- dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Monday. They even washed my car, it was so clean and shiny. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been twice and had a great experience both times. I was fascinated by the car show room floors and price tags that I forgot to check-in, both times. I will highly consider doing business with them when I am ready to trade in/switch up for newer model.

My fiance got Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio a couple months ago and wanted me to drive it to see how it felt. After that first drive, I fell in love with the Alfa Romeo and wanted one of my own. So I went on the website and saw one I wanted, which had red seats (I have always wanted red seats). We called our salesman Jason who is so down to earth and most importantly very helpful in getting me into my absolutely beautiful 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti. I love my Alfa and the relationship we have with Jason will last a lifetime. Best car purchase ever, Thanks a million Jason!

I've been working with this dealership for at least 5 years now. The renovations are absolutely beautiful. Also the new management and staff are top knotch. 1000x better than before. Toni took great care of me! By far the best experience I've had at a dealership.

Michael here is excellent. Clear, attentive and communicative. Felt like a personal service right off the bat. What you imagine you’d expect from an exotic car dealership.

My 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio turn signal completely broke off thanks to a family member breaking it with there lanyard. I came in person to figure out what's needed to get my turn signal stem replaced, it ended up needing the whole module replaced... The part was $950 and labor was an extra $450, that may seem expensive but hey it's a higher end car, you get what you pay for. The part kept getting canceled by the parts distributor, this is not Carlocks fault. If you look at other reviews people had the same problem, only thing I wish they would have done was keep us, the customer informed on the part status. Michael was amazing and shows he cares about his job, and the people who buy cars from him. For the car to be fixed it took a couple hours, but when I arrived I was greeted by an extremely shiny car free of charge. I would recommend Carlock Motorcars to anyone wanting a nice car, and a reliable shop to go with that nice new car.

My wife and I are interested in Giulia Quadrifoglio. We decided to test drive it and we had way better experience with this dealership than some other reviews claim. Jason helped us with everything and was really transparent with pricing and availability. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership if we end up going with the Giulia.

Truly terrible experience bordering on a rip-off. VW Beetle under extended warranty that I bought from this dealership when it was Hallmark VW (and run by better people). It shut down completely twice - brought it in for a scheduled repair. They didn't even look at it for 2 days. Forget trying to call them - no department answers the phone. Not sales, not service- no one. Leave a message? No call-back. They couldn't find the problem. Where do you go then?! Suggested a transmission fluid exchange. $570?!?!?! Jiffy Lube is $125. Really, this place is in Brentwood, and the property is valuable. A mobile home park or dog run would be better use.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I'm getting rid of my Alfa once this issue gets resolved because I refuse to do anymore business with them anymore!Scenario:Daytime running lights go out in my car. We look it up and find out the entire light assembly has to be replaced. We make an appointment to get the lights fixed because now we have no right turn signal in the frontTakes 2 weeks to get our vehicle into the shopWe arrive at the shop and these people haven't even ordered the light, because they say the seal leaking water is not covered by the warranty.WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH FIXING MY CAR! I CANNOT DRIVE AROUND WITH NO LIGHT! Who says I couldn't just pay the price? Now, they have to reschedule to fix the light. How long will this take? Will I get pulled over by cops?Absolutely the worst

I called to make an appointment for my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia. My front passenger daytime running light & parking/turn sign are out. I told the service manager that during the phone call. The quickest appointment they could give me was 2 weeks in the future. At my appointment (scheduled for 9am) I arrived at 8:35am where I was told they would have to order the light assembly but they would check it out anyway. At 10:30am I was informed that yes a seal had faulted and allowed water to get inside the assembly to short out those lights. But Alfa Romeo would not cover it because the seal was bypassed by natural causes. I told him the purpose of a seal is to prevent water from getting inside and it failed to do that. Either this dealership is a straight scam or Alfa Romeo is using every trick in the book not to honor their warranties.

We had to take our car in for a repair. We had to wait a week and half for the part to be ordered, understandably. We take the car in and hear nothing back from them all day. We followed the progress on the app, which was none. More to come.

Great first experience once I got in the door. It took a couple of attempts to book an appointment, but Jon made the experience easy and enjoyable. They offered some recommendations on my warranty that I appreciated and hadn't thought of. White globe service and good people. I'll be back!
