I bought a bouquet for my wife prior to mothers day the reviews said the selection and the flowers were fine I chose to go with accent until my wife sent me a picture of what appeared to be wilted flower I thought its just the picture and the same day she brought them home and they looked like the pictures I was very unhappy with the purchase and a week later the bouquet is past the last leg of its journey. I had an amazing experience working with Accent Flowers. First, their website was easy to order from. I scheduled a sweet hydrangea arrangement to be delivered to a friend at her office, but I learned the morning of that she decided to work from home instead. She lives in Nashville and I had chosen a Brentwood florist because that is where the office building was, so I called the morning of to see if I had any options. I was so ecstatic that they offered to change the delivery from Brentwood to Nashville. I was fully prepared to make a special trip out to Brentwood but they saved me the hassle and my friend loved her bouquet! I now have a go-to florist. Thank you, Accent Flowers!

Response & delivery were very quick. We were a little disappointed with the Premium version of our sympathy bouquet - it didn't seem much different from the regular version picture we saw online.

I am blown away by all the 5 star reviews of this place, I called from out of state to have flowers delivered to a funeral & got a picture of what was $130.00 of flowers!!! THERE ARE 4 BLOOMING FLOWERS!!!! HOW RIDICULOUS & EMBARRASSING!! This business should be embarrassed to even deliver a horrible display like this!! My family in the area & I will never recommend this business again!!!
