I live in the area. Needed to go somewhere for 2 nights with pets while our floors were being finished. A+. Great place. Great location and nice staff. Highly recommended.

From the very outset of my stay at the AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood, it was clear that this would be an unparalleled experience in hospitality. The check-in process was nothing short of seamless, with a courteous and attentive staff eager to ensure my stay was perfect from start to finish. Their insider knowledge was greatly appreciated, as their dining recommendations led me to some delightful local eateries. Del Frisco’s served a remarkable meal, while Mooyah Burgers offered an exceptional twist on the classic American burger. And for those with a sweet tooth, I highly recommend a trip to Jeni’s Ice Cream.Location-wise, this hotel is situated perfectly. Located right in the heart of the Hill Center on Maryland Way, it boasts proximity to a range of must-visit sites. From the serene beauty of Maryland Way Park, which is just across the street, to the historical magnificence of Belle Meade Historic Site, there's something for everyone. I also took a leisurely stroll to Crockett Park and paid a visit to Dyer Observatory, which were mere minutes away, solidifying the hotel's place as a hub for both relaxation and exploration. One of the standout features of the AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood is undeniably its commitment to merging European sophistication with the traditional warmth of Tennessee. This was particularly evident in their breakfast offering. The European-inspired spread was the ideal way to start the day, blending continental classics with the hearty favorites one expects in the heart of Tennessee. The evenings brought their own magic. The AC Lounge, perched on the top floor, offers a mesmerizing view, best enjoyed with one of their expertly crafted signature cocktails in hand. The atmosphere is further elevated with the tantalizing array of tapas, making it the perfect spot to wind down or gear up for a night out.Every detail of the guest rooms screams luxury and attention to detail. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, accentuating the sleek hardwood floors and modern essentials, ensuring every stay is as comfortable as it is stylish. In closing, the AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood isn’t just a place to rest your head; it's a holistic experience. Its prime location combined with unparalleled service and luxurious amenities makes it the perfect gateway to explore both Brentwood and the pulsing heart of Music City, a short drive away. Highly recommended for travelers seeking an upscale stay with a touch of European flair. Welcome indeed!

I was doing a cross country visit with my dog from Texas to Delaware and Nashville was the perfect halfway point. I am a Marriott fan so looked for Marriotts that were dog friendly and found the AC Hotel in Brentwood as it was outside of the bustle of downtown. I stayed here on both drives. My first visit was great. My dog was very welcomed and the room was clean and neat. The area is great for walkable food and drinks and tons of green space for the dog with a park behind the hotel. The second stay, two weeks later, wasn't as great. I felt like it was more of a problem my dog being there which is strange given they ARE dog friendly with a fee. My room was out of bar soap and when I asked the front desk for some they said the entire hotel was out of it so she gave me body gel? The floors in my room were sticky throughout as though they used incorrect cleaning solution. I did not have any hand towels (which maybe because there was no soap so they just assumed no one was washing their hands?). My first stay was definitely 5 stars worthy but my second stay was 3 stars so overall 4 stars for this hotel.

We always stay here when we visit Nashville! The hotel must be new within the last few years, if not it is recently fully renovated. The rooms are big with great accommodations, parking is free and you are a quick drive or Uber to everything Nashville has to offer. All of this and it is always reasonably priced, and if you have Marriott points it is usually cheaper than other Marriott properties nearby but a better stay in my opinion for the # of points. It is usually 20k or less even on holiday weekends. They are also pet friendly for a reasonable pet fee of $100, our dog has come with every trip and never any issues. I rarely review hotels but this one has been so good and consistent that it was time to give credit where it is due. Oh and there is plenty to eat and drink within walking distance of the property too. I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this place.

This location was awesome. The people are so nice and the rooms were amazing. The price for what you got was a real value. Strongly recommend staying hereRooms: Spacey and usable. Good organization and use of the space by the designers.Walkability: Plenty of restaurants near by with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner for multiple price ranges.Food & drinks: Loved the roof top bar. The staff was so friendly and the view was good for where it was positioned. Impressed with the vibe.

Great location for food and light shopping. You'll need it, the food offerings at this hotel are horrible. Breakfast is a hard fast pass. Just walk to one of the nearby shops. AC doesn't remove humidity and sheets feel wet when you get into them. I hate to lump all the staff into one bucket but my interactions were at the level of a roadside motel, not a Marriott property. The front desk staff wouldn't even look up and could care less that no ice machines were working on the 2nd or 3rd floors. She was too distracted by her cell phone conveniently placed on the monitor in front of her. I'd like to make it a go-to in the future but can't get past the attitude and lack of breakfast options.Nearby activities: Yoga, shopping, ice cream, place to eat

I had a confirmed reservation and used the app to check in because my wife and I were going to be arriving late after attending a concert. We arrive and were told that the hotel had been overbooked and we did not have a room. We were also told at the front desk that it was hotel policy to overbook by 5 rooms. All surrounding hotels were full and we had to drive 45 minutes back home at 1 o'clock in the morning. I guess we would have had to sleep in our car that night had we not been able to drive home. This was handle so poorly by the hotel.

The staff is super friendly. The parking has 2 great options! The bar has great smoked Manhattans. It is very conveniently located right off the highway, but is quiet.

The location is amazing, 15min from Franklin and 15min from downtown Nashville. I want to give a couple shout outs to a couple of Front Desk associates. Patrica was such a sweetheart and got talking about life for a few minutes after I checked in. She gave a couple of great recommendations of what to do that night and they worked out great. The next morning I had a great interaction with Isaiah and Jatoria. They gave me great recommendations too of where to go. The African American Music Museum was a wonderful choice to go. The location of this hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and also a grocery store. Even their refrigerator in the room is big enough to fit a few fresh items in it too. The shower head is a wonderful waterfall one too in the bathroom.

Got to our room and the floor was sticky (306). When you walk into the room the wall outlets to the left are not working woke up to a dead phone. When down to eat breakfast and they charge you 20$ after taxes for lunch meat and bagels. We have stayed at many Marriott hotels and never had a bad experience. There is no pool. And the rooms do not have a microwave in the room.

I had a confirmed reservation with a credit card on file. We arrive late at night after a concert and were told that the hotel had been overbooked and we did not have a room. We were also told at the front desk that it was hotel policy to overbook by 5 rooms. All surrounding hotels were full and we had no where to sleep for the night. An overbooking policy is ridiculous when you can simple charge the credit card of a party that does not cancel. I will never book here again or recommend this hotel.
