I have no idea what these other people leaving negative reviews talking about, I've been going here almost every day for a few years, and the staff are ALWAYS very nice. The coffee machines work well, and they have a bunch of free stuff to add to your drink.I'll continue to get my daily coffee here. 10/10

I don’t know what on earth has happened but I was a regular here for forever and their card readers are horrible now. Starting a few months ago I used my card at a pump and then it stopped working. Didn’t make the correlation and got a replacement card from my bank(Bank of America). Made my regular stop and again the card stopped working. Rinse and repeat 5 times!! Have mentioned it to others in the area and apparently I’m not the only one. Love the staff, the rewards, and the location but can’t keep replacing my card because their pumps break it.

Bon Aqua Tennessee store: Your manager or clerk (tall older bald guy)said the $15 would be put back on my card when the gas pump failed to reset after I changed from super unleaded to regular. He was hateful and said the charge was only pending, when I showed him it was already showing in my bank account he said it would be adjusted when complete. Well the transaction is complete and you cheated me out of $15. Pump 5 12/25/20 at 10:15am. Your phones aren’t picking up and cuts off when you get to voicemail. You should make this right.

Horrible service, employees (Victoria and Brandie) here get a kick out of being nasty and making nice folks feel bad about themselves by laughing at or making fun of them. Save yourself the drama and go literally anywhere else.

I tried to purchase something with my rewards app and it did not work at all and it never has. I’m so frustrated and tired of not being able to purchase something because they gave me a very faulty app that doesn’t work. They are a very good business other than that however and they stay on top of it to prepare fresh food. Need to make it where the app is more efficient

The shell/ twice daily gas station located at 9539 hwy 46 Bon Aqua Tn is great . Very nice clean woman’s restroom and very clean building . Brandie and Ashley are awesome and super sweet . Thank you ladies !!!

Don't try to cash in your winning lottery (draw-game) tickets here. They don't know how to work the machine. They just scalped me for $2. I stood there and checked the tickets before I handed her the winners. I understand that it's only $2 but it just gets me because everyone is hollering about being underpaid and yet they can't even do the complete job they're being paid for now!

Stop in this gas station this morning and went in and paid my gas and a can of chew I told them $20 in gas and a can of Skoal Classic Straight when it was said and done I send all most $27.00 a can of Skoal just by it self was $6.00 Hell I can the same can of Skoal at the tobacco store next door cheaper so they lost my business

I've gone to this store about a hundred times now; And everytime they have accepted my expired license. I understand not accepting it. However, when my boyfriend, who doesn't have an expired license, went into the store Brandie refused him service because he was apparently getting them for me. The only reason why we needed cigarettes was because my parents don't have working lights on their truck. And he explained that to this woman but she was still obnoxiously rude. Honestly don't waste your time going here if she's there.

Worst store ever Brandy refused my us currency which was quarters that were unrolled which is illegal. So I went to Red's instead and they were more than happy to take my money and they were cheaper. Will never go back to that place again

One of the worst gas stations in the entire county. Always a long line and always 2 or 3 employees standing around watching one work. Dirty bathrooms and expensive fuel. Go to Dickson and save yourself money and time.
