I was buying a car from them and it broke down about 2 months of having it, and I asked them if they could come tow it and fix it and I would pay for it, but they said they didn't have a way to do that! So, I had to pay for it to get towed to them, and they said the car jumped time and I asked them can they have it fixed and I would pay for it and they told me bc I was 2 payments behind that they wouldn't do that!!! I was 2 payments behind bc it was just sitting there and I couldn't drive it or nor could I bring it up there. They should have a tow truck with being a car lot, so if this happens!!! A lot of people told me that they was crooked and not to buy from them and I didn't listen bc the couple was elderly and I thought they wouldn't do people wrong!!!! (BOY WAS I WRONG!!) I SHOULD'VE LISTENED!!! Make sure that you take a mechanic with you if you go there, but I recommend that YOU DON'T!!!!! IT'S SAD BC I LOVED THAT CAR ????

Im buying a car from Mr.Carl it's a very nice vehicle I love it so much they are nice people but, my car just quit working I called them and they said if I can get it towed there they'll fix it I asked them can they tow it they said their tow truck is down that's the only problem I have that's messed up they couldn't come get it but I'm going to get it towed there and hopefully they can get it fixed bc I really really really love my car!!!! Besides all that, they're great honest people and they do work with you I've recommended them to all my friends!!!!

My husband went up there to Carl's Cars yesterday evening and was told the truck he wanted was going to have a 2200 down payment. He didnt have all the money on him so he was told to come back the next day. When he went back this morning with the money they changed the price to 2800 down with a 600 sales tax. That is so messed up. Would not recomend buying from him. Quotes one price but when you go up there with the money he raises the price. Sorry i need a truck but not at the expense of my WHOLE INCOMETAX RRETURN.

Carl Is a no nonsense kind of guy. We delt with him directly and I was prepared to haggle a little with him but he came out with fair and even pricing for the vehicle we wanted. I'd recommend him to everyone.
