Had an issue with my control arm and frame. They Immediately looked at it, had a quick turn around for the part to come in and got it fixed the day it came in. Great, quick service, helpful/explained every step of the process and what needed fixed even showing it to me up close and explaining it to me and really nice staff. They definitely have my business moving forward

Great customer service fast affordable took one of my service trucks that Firestone told me was gonna cost 21,000 dollars to repair advocate had it back on road for less than 8,000 they gained a loyal customer for ever this is the place to take your car for sure thanks David

Hate to say it but I have hit my second deer of this winter. The good news is that the young men at Advocate Auto Body took great care of me again. They fixed my truck in short time and it looks like new.

My car got pretty damaged on the highway after something flew off a pick up truck. Advocate took the time to ensure that the car was fixed properly, safe and better than new! I couldn't believe it when I picked it up. Looked like a dream. The team at Advocate are extremly nice, friendly and hoenst. Very communicative and Highly recommend!!

I was referred to an excellent auto body and paint shop in Fairview TN (Varden's) for a complete repaint of my 2005 Mini Cooper convertible hood. But when Varden's looked at the gravel nicks and pockmarks, they referred me to Advocate....no body repair needed ?how gracious is THAT!!??I was NOT disappointed!! Don, the shop manager, left voice mails, sent a complete detailed estimate, and time frame.And, voila`! She has been restored to her glory! In addition, Don noticed, while cleaning my wheels (yeah, really?) that my left front was balding pretty bad. YIKES!@! His estimate came in $100 less ( because he didn't have to replace WShield wiper tubing) so used the savings to buy a new tire!!!Big thank you to Don and the Paint Guy (sorry, I forgot your name)....superb job!!Service: Painting

The place to take your vehicle anytime you need a collision repair done! Great group of guys that go above and beyond your expectations. I and several of my friends take there cars to them and we were amazed at the job they did! Will do it right and make sure your satisfied before you leave.

The under carriage of my car came loose while my fiancé and I were headed east on 840 on Sunday. David graciously stopped on the side of the road to see if he could be of assistance. He led us to his auto shop, and helped us get the under carriage situated, while also finding that my rear tire was about to blow. He did all he could to help and provided us with as many resources he could on the holiday weekend. We would probably still be stranded if it weren’t for his help. Fantastic man and would say more than fantastic service! If I’m ever in the area and need any car assistance, I will definitely be contacting him.

They did a great job painting my wife's car a completely different color. The 2013 Avalon looks brand new. It's absolutely beautiful. The Pale Metallic Blue is gorgeous

Highly recommend! Don was my main point of contact; Awesome individual! Extremely professional, courteous and friendly service from beginning to end. We inquired of several other body shops before considering Advocate and most did not want to deal with our insurance (AllState). Even if they did, we were looking at a waiting list several months long. Advocate made everything easy on us and explained every part of the process. They also did not hesitate to work with Allstate or the rental car company. We took our car in about 1-2 weeks after agreeing to use their services and about 3 weeks later, got our car back in nearly mint condition. Plus they have a lifetime warranty on their paint job. They kept us posted throughout the entire process via text message with friendly updates so that we would have an idea of how much longer. I can’t say enough about this company (from owner to employees). They also went above and beyond in doing several other things that they weren’t required to do. You can tell they treat their customers like family. We definitely picked the right place for the job. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you Advocate!
