DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT FINANCIALLY. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THERE HIGH INTEREST RATE THEY CHARGE DAILY WHEN YOU GET A LOAN USING YOUR CAR TITLE! BORROWED $400 PAID BACK OVER $7500. CHARGED $270 EVERY 2 WEEKS! PAY OFF $1,200.HELD THE TITLE FOR 30 DAYS AFTER PAYOFF DUE TO PAYING BY CARD. WHEN WENT TO GET TITLE THE FRAUDULENTLY TRIED TOO CHARGE ANOTHER $55 BEFORE COULD GET TITLE BACK. THANKFULLY THE SOMERVILLE OFFICE INFORMED THAT NOTHING ELSE WAS OWED TO GET THE TITLE BACK AND TO TAKE THE POLICE IF THEY TRIED TO REFUSE GIVE THE TITLE BACK TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNER.NEVER AGAIN WILL USES THIS COMPANY!!! Can provide proof if this review is removed and will report it over and over again.

I received a letter from what I'm assuming was the corporate office which had my up coming bill total. It plainly stated I would owe $119.00 plus an additional $11.90 fee. When I go to pay my bill this afternoon I brought that specific amount ($130.90) only to be told that information was incorrect and I was now required to pay $164.00. Now $34 doesn't seem all that much in the long run but let's just leave it at I'm a very budget conscious woman. The people there were rude during the entire ordeal and refused to provide me with a corporate number so I could potentially speak to someone with a civil tongue in their head. They also refused to adequately explain where this additional fee was coming from. I was essentially forced out of the office without being allowed to make any payment, their reasoning being I couldn't make a partial payment. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could please explain to me why someone so incredibly rude and pretentious is allowed anywhere near your customers. Thanks for a horrid experience!
