This bank is terrible! My dad is a retired elderly veteran and handicapped. He has overdraft protection and he had false charges 3 months in a row and they disputed the charges and that all went fine until this month. The same charges were charged to his account this month but now the bank is making him pay 200 in over draft fees and won't reverse the charges even though this has been the same issue three months in a row! If the charges were not supposed to be there 3 months in a row and the bank knows it's the same charges yet they are charging him 200 in over draft fees. He is on a fixed income and has mobility issues yet has to go to the bank to now pay fees he should not pay, and has to pay them just to close account! We will be contacting a lawyer and suing, and going to the local paper for this! He is a retired veteran and this is plain theft! They will not live this down. We will be filing against them for bad business practices and stealing from a veteran. He has overdraft protection yet they refuse to honor this!

Very friendly and sufficient InIn handling all the services we use them for. They're friendly and take their time and make sure that they count your money twice before giving to you. Once themselves and then they count it as they hand to you. They always tell you "Thank you, Have a nice day." Very professional.
