“I work in Bolivar but live 50 miles out of town and had a hole in my tire. Even though I bought my tires from a place near my home, they graciously checked out my tire and filled all my tires with air and got it to where I could drive it back home safely after work so I could get my tire replaced where it was under warranty. They did not charge me a cent! I will recommend them any time someone needs tires in the Bolivar area. If I lived in Bolivar, they would have a loyal customer in me! They are nice folks!!!”

“I’ve been shopping online for Ford Mavericks for quite a while and found one at Bolivar Ford that matched all my desired features and was priced lower than most other dealerships. After being misled by other dealerships in the past with exaggerated pricing, I decided to drop by spontaneously to check it out.
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very professional, and I was introduced to my sales specialist, Hayne Ozier. Mr. Ozier greeted me and expertly showed me the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and never pushy, which I greatly appreciated. The truck had all the options I was looking for and exceeded my expectations when I saw it in person.
I informed Mr. Ozier that I appreciated his time but wasn’t ready to make a decision just yet. He was grateful for my visit and shared the dealership's offerings without being pushy. The next morning, I continued my competitive shopping online and discovered that Bolivar Ford had the best-priced Maverick within a 200-mile radius. I decided to proceed with the purchase.
I managed the rest of the transactions via text and phone call, asking Mr. Ozier to email me the bill of sale with their lowest incentives and a credit application to fill out online. This process took just 15 minutes, and I was approved within the hour—no games, no hidden costs. Everything was exactly as presented.
As the afternoon approached, Mr. Ozier informed me that the vehicle would be fully detailed and ready within an hour, or he could arrange for free delivery. I opted to have someone drop me off, and within another 30 minutes, I had completed all the financial paperwork and drove away in my new Maverick.
