“My daughter recently purchased her first vehicle from Carl’s Auto in Blountville, and I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. From the beginning, they were completely upfront and transparent about pricing. Unlike many dealers in the area who add hidden “paperwork” or “processing” fees, Carl’s honored the advertised price. That honesty and integrity stood out right away and gave us a real sense of their strong family values.
The process was also the fastest we’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. We brought our own outside financing, and Carl’s team worked seamlessly with our lender without any issues or delays.
The day after driving the vehicle, a check engine light came on. We understood the car was sold “as is,” but when we called Carl to let him know, he immediately stepped in to help. Since the vehicle had recently been serviced by a local shop, he arranged for a diagnostic right away to ensure nothing critical had been missed. I don’t know of another dealer who would act so quickly or stand so firmly behind their word and reputation after the sale.
The issue was addressed promptly, and we left more than satisfied with the outcome and Carl’s commitment to making sure everything was right. This was my daughter’s first vehicle purchase, and I’m grateful it was such a positive and honest experience. Only reason for the 4 star is that I have a *slight* issue with the tires. I was told the tires were practically new and I’ve started losing control under wet weather. It could be shocks, but idk. Nothing a little time can’t fix though. My experience was overall good, liked the guy that was there, like my vehicle. 4/5”
