Jason and Rachel Sullivan are quickly becoming my new best friends. Sullivan Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) has answered two calls for help from me in the last two months. And although my insurance carrier contracts with them, I could not have personally handpicked a better roadside assistance company. They provided prompt, reliable assistance and had my automobile issues resolved quickly. My last call was for a flat tire. Today I needed a jump start and a new battery. Much to my surprise, Sullivan ERS carries and installs batteries. So, long story short, within an hour of my call, a professional arrived at my home, my car was jumped started, problem diagnosed, and a new battery installed. And the best part is, all of this was accomplished in the privacy of my driveway. Do yourself a favor and put Sullivan's ERS on speed dial, you'll be glad you did!!Services: Battery service

Women was stuck on the road , called ask for jump , got a quote. Then i asked if he has a big jump box or small and he said since i asked tat he won't help and hang up.

If you need road side assistance like getting your keys unlocked from your car, flat tire changed, jump starting or battery replacement, and even gas delivery, then call Jason at Sullivan' ERS. Highly recommend! I locked my keys in my car, and they came out and unlocked it for $45 when it was 7 degrees outside! We called them and they showed up in less than an hour. The person I met was really nice and polite. Thank you!!Service: Car lockouts

They came out to my house at 430 in the morning. So my day started bad. My car was started and locked at the same time. Guy called me, and before I made it outside he had it unlocked and ready to go. Call this place for a locksmith.

Dead battery. Progressive Roadside Assistance sent a kid out who was unable to jump my battery (cheap equipment, I assume). After calling around, I found Sullivan's ERS. Professional and courteous service, jumped my battery right away.
