“This is a fantastic group of people. I only store items in conditioned buildings and the Cherokee Self Storage units, in Elizabethton, TN, are clean and well maintained.
There are no requests the Owners/Staff ever thought was an inconvenience. Once on the 4th of July holiday, the Owners dropped what they were doing in order to help me when a move-in.
Between selling my home and then, renovating a 100-year old home, this location had the size of units I needed to store and protect my possessions during this still on-going process.
The Owners are "good people".”

“There are a lot of storage building much closer to me but these guy are great. The owners are very easy to deal with and the place is very secure with security cameras covering everything.If you need long term storage I reccomend using them.The people loading and unloading their units are willing to accommodate others from moving vehicles to helping you unload yours. I cannot guarantee that someone will offer to help however it did happen to me..”
