At 5:30 am guy seems rude, doesn't speak. And recently for 2 mornings no one was working to ring me up, store seems empty!! He could be somewhere sleeping.

Clean, stocked, lady overnight very helpful. Recent events in area make me worried for this sweet woman at night, but she is very professional and does not let people start acting crazy, will immediately stop the situation and remove any “crazy” acting people from store, which is refreshing to see and even makes me and my son feel safer. Cups are always stocked and the restrooms are always clean when we go. The overnight lady is wonderful and you can see she takes pride in her job in how the store looks and the way she will help every customer she can. Can’t say the same for the store up the road. Love the rewards program-has helped save money. This store has completely changed over the last year or so, the new manger is wonderful and always helpful, will go out of his way to make sure the drinks we get are ordered and in stock. Hope to see nothing but good come to these wonderful folks and this store. Way more friendly than the other options close!

Love going in now, the new nightshift lady is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The store looks clean and she always has cups stocked and the store cleaned and organized. Great improvement from the last few months! The rewards program she explained to me is very helpful and she even helped me download and set it up! Thank you!

New management at this location and the staff are great. I used to not like to go to this store and now it's much nicer and always stocked. I especially love the hot food they have.

At 6pm sat. March 7,2020 the place was a disgrace. At the fountain and icee station there were no cups available, no napkins. When i walked in the 2 clerks were leaning over counter talking away to some lady. The place filled up and the 1 employee was getting a line past the atm, customers went to the other employees side but she continued to still talk to the same lady. Then the customers would come over to the one with long line. Needless to say when it was my time to finally pay, the clerk did not know how to use my free drink coupon from ETSU. , an called "sis" over to help. She didn't know how either and told me some bull....and i told her i had used one there 3 days ago and they took it and also the one in Piney Flats took one of them. Anyway if was a horrible visit to that roadrunner!!

Friendly staff. Quick in and out. Parking lot needs work. Not inexpensive.
