“Mine was only a small problem. The right side front air dam was pulled lose on the end. Not a big issue, but I was worried about taking it thru the car wash with it lose. They fixed it right there and then. Only 10 minutes or so of his time, but made me feel so much better about the car wash as well as an upcoming trip to Florida (worried the long drive would shake it off more). Everyone was friendly and, very importantly, didn't just blow it off like I was silly for being concerned about something so trivial. Definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim”

“I just traded in my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek for 2020 Cadillac XT4 Sport today. I didn’t think I was able to get it because its out of my budge but they made it happen and fit my budget! I was shocked and didn’t expect to own it. I’m very happy. My boyfriend and I got another vehicle almost exact year ago; he got 2017 Chevrolet Camaro RS. He didn’t expect to own it too but he’s happy with it! So am I too. Thank you to Bristol Chevrolet for making it happen. Especially for Anna Fields. She’s so amazing and will do anything to make it happen. She was the same person who help my boyfriend to get Camaro too. She remember us and she was ready to communicate with us. “I'm only giving these guys five stars, because I couldn't find a sixth. My hat is off to Mark and Bob. This was my first encounter with the situation where I had to leave my truck someplace and let somebody else fix it. Mark made me feel very comfortable right from the get-go circumstances were special, and he worked with me from start to finish. Bob, Bob is a magician. Anybody who can do what he can do to a vehicle isn't making enough money. If ever I had a question, whether over the phone or in person, they took all the time that I needed to get my question answered sufficiently and make me feel at ease.
