Efficient and courteous. Arrived at 1 minute before Saturday AM closing to mail a package. No one was at the front desk and when the clerk appeared I gave her the parcel and apologized for being so late. She looked at her watch and stated she was busy in the back and had not realized what time it was. A good employee!

I've lived in more than 5 different states throughout my life.This PO is one of the worst I've had the misfortune of using.Even the simplest tasks, such as shipping packages, cannot be done proficiently by the knobs that staff the counter.I have had numerous packages returned with the excuse being that the shipper's address was "wrong" even though it was listed EXACTLY as is.Additionally, when covid had been in full swing for over a year, suddenly the PO decided it would just delay mail delivery to the point that bills were not even delivered, until they were past due. This was not just at my residence but most of the people's residences who live on my street and in town. This became such a regular nuisance that the local water department had to completely re-issue water bills with new disclaimers and change their due date and policy (this was divulged to me by an employee of the Blountville Utility District). Of course the Blountville PO took no responsibility for their negligence in the matter and was even arrogantly, unapologetic in response.In closing if you can avoid using this PO, by all means do so. They are not professional and will reflect as much when "delivering" your packages, whether it be through excessively late mail arrival, returned mail for no valid reason or damaged packages.

Stopped and asked the lady working if she could print the label for me so I can ship back a return. She told me no, only if you have the QR code…I asked how do I get the QR code and she said you have to get it off the label. I leave and go to another location to pull the label up with the QR code! She wasted my time and rushed me because there was a line but it was incredible rude, it takes less than a minute to print something ??♀️ Bad customer service

Staff always friendly but phone stays off the hook about all day so zero customer service if you are trying to find your package that is 8 days overdue. Goes from Memphis to Nashville and back to Memphis now to Atlanta so no phone customer service at all

The employees are always super friendly and helpful, and there is rarely a line as it's a smaller post office.

Everyone was pleasant and very sweet except the post master. I had to do a hold due to moving and he said its not a storage facility, At the time I only had the hold mail for a week now its going on 2 weeks.

They are getting so horrible at customer service or maybe just the lady today I asked for tape to make a box and clearly looking at 3 rolls and she tells me she's out I need to find somewhere else to mail my packages
