American put me on a flight that didn't arrive until after midnight. The gentleman at the desk stayed to make sure we got our rental. Thank you. That level of service is very uncommon these days.

The front desk Gentleman was very friendly, and even suggested a place to stop and eat on the way to our destination. The car was very clean. The check in was almost completely self check in as we expected in a small airport.

Tri City Airport is so convenient. Rental counter next to baggage claim and rental cars right out the next door. We had a larger car than we expected and were able to transport our large family to and from our destination. Easy drop off and reasonable price.

check in and out were a breeze, but had to take car to wash windows, don't know how long it had been since last car wash. Clean on inside was fine.

The rep was very kind and courteous and understood what I was looking for. Was very easy to go through the rental process although I had a reservation made prior to my trip. It was still quick and easy and highly recommend dollar rental.

What a good rental experience. I had goofed when booking the rental online, and the staff at Tri-Cities Regional Airport was very understanding and helpful, despite my obvious error. The car was clean and easy to drive, and it was a positive rental experience. Thank you.
