“I haven't used or opened a bank account since my early 20s and I am almost 40 years old now, so give or take 10 to 15 years. Well I decided to open a savings and checking account after so many years mainly because I have 2 teenage minor daughters who just started their very first jobs and needed bank accounts for direct deposit for their payroll checks. I am so thankful I decided to open up new bank accounts through Eastman Credit Union cause they r super friendly and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns me and my family may have regarding our accounts and money. Government checks r also deposited like 3 to 4 early versus receiving government check through the mail or on a governmsnf issued debit card. I also opened my bank account just in time when 2020 tax refund season just started because my refund check, stimulus check, unemployment checks, and kids death benefit checks were safely and quickly deposited into my checking account. I hate that our country and society is enduring this global pandemic but being a customer through this bank was one of the very few positive things during the quarantine period since I didn't have to wait on any payment I was waiting on.
