It wasn’t a bad place to live until the property got new ownership/ management. Now it’s a mediocre place that smells like weed when walking up the stairs, neighbors with trash on the walkways, and a rude office staff. The new owners will do EVERYTHING in their power to not give security deposits back (even though you deep clean the apartment before leaving, OR it’ll supposedly get “lost in the mail”), extra fees for water and trash even though it’s “included”, and a rude office staff. Myself, along with everyone else it seems, misses Jennifer and how this place used to be ran. I have heard PLENTY of people complain about security deposits getting “lost in the mail” or some stupid reason not to give it back. Don’t recommend living here to anyone whatsoever.

Meth ridden ghetto. Used to be really nice until owner changed. Now there's nothing but drama and meth.

Apple Villa is a clean apartment complex. Parking is a whole different issue. We live on the 1st floor due to my husband has severe rheumatoid arthritis and I have COPD. There are 3 parking spots steps from our front door and we Never get to park close in One of those spots. I have had to park at the office which is far from our apartment when there are 3 right outside my door. This is not acceptable and I do believe if you were living here and the same thing was happening to you you would not like it either.i am almost 60 and my husband is over 70.

2 years ago this was a awesome place to live. New management team falls short. Took over 24 hours for water leak to be looked at. Reported water leak thru portal as no one answered in the office. Was sent a text to shut the water off to the toilet for 32 hours and someone would come to look at the leak. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Be careful dealing with these people. Also if you need to get with corporate don't expect them to get back with you.

This place has horrible management. Today, our water got cut off because the complex didn’t pay the water bill!

The area is nice, quiet, and convenient. Don’t expect dependability on the maintenance and management. In these first few months of 2023, there has been no one to depend on. You call the office, leave plenty of messages, and never hear back. Our AC has been down since January. Any I know what you’re thinking! “Who needs AC in January?” Well I think we all know that the weather hasn’t been as cold as usual this winter, but when you have a newborn, it changes everything. We had multiple days with our apartment 80+ degrees. They brought in a window unit, but only helps in the living room. The rest of the apartment stays hot. Here it is mid May, and still this issues has not been resolved. For the price of these apartments, it’s sad and not worth it. Buy a house.

Apple Villa wasn’t a terrible place to live. We had the truth stretched a few times to us when moving in but we looked past that. We were there for about 2.5 years. In 2020, shortly after moving in, we had AC issues and had to fight for months to get something done about it. Our apartment was 78+ degrees at 8pm and our dog panting from how hot the apartment was. But we were told that’s how it is. We left a total of 3 times for them to replace the units. Once we were out of town and they were supposed to replace both units then we were asked to leave two different time to not be in their way to do the inside unit. They decided it was too much work (because supposedly they would have to cut the wall) to replace the inside unit and would address it when they needed to. Well 2022 was that time. But we were given every excuse possible why they wouldn’t replace the inside unit. The two units are on two different freons (R22 & 410A) that aren’t compatible. Jennifer, the office manager, would argue and when you presented FACTS from MULTIPLE HVAC companies she would say, “I’m not fighting with you” and walk away. We begged her to let us hire, and pay for, another HVAC company to come out. We contacted the regional manager (who will never return a phone call and barely responds to emails) She offered a larger ceiling fan (which never came) Our power bills were insanely high and there was condensation dripping from the vents (along with multiple other issues, like it never shutting off even when it got to the set temp, etc) but she stood by “it’s too hot for the AC to keep up”. Which doesn’t make sense when we asked multiple other apartments and their ACs were keeping temp. But she had excuses about that too. It took 5+ months to get a new dishwasher. Took over a year to get the faucets install that we paid extra to have. Idk what changed between 2020 to 2022 but I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here while Jennifer is managing it. She’s one of the rudest people I’ve ever met, even more so when you have to fight to get things fixed. She might do little parties or bring food trucks for the complex but it’s hard to appreciate that when your apartment is 78+ degrees daily. I’m glad I moved out. Wish you the best B11, summer is going to suck.

My son and his fiancé and fur babies needed to relocate to Bristol area for their jobs and pretty quickly. I contacted Jennifer the property manager and she was so eager to help us ! She gave us an appointment to tour the property and we fell in love with the place ! She made the transition there so easy and was super helpful! The apartment was renovated beautifully before they moved in and we loved how pet friendly and family oriented it is there ! The property is beautiful and serene and we love taking walks there and it even has a dog park, playground and picnic area! And last but not least the pool and pool area is awesome! Jennifer plans events and has food trucks come there as well ! I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and Applevilla !!! Definitely 5 stars and above !!
