This was the worst experience I have ever had with a trucking company. Tristian my rep scheduled my pickup at a port and left me to do all the leg work. My shipment went into storage, I had to pay storage fee to release then they increased my bill by over $100.00 and told me it was my fault. This has nothing to do with the driver but it has to be scheduled and that is where the problems begin. Beware if you have a port pick up.... I would give -5 stars if i could.

Would not recommend ABF at all. After not receiving my delivery on the expected date I contacted ABF freight to check on the status of the shipment. I found out that they said that the delivery driver did not think he could make it to my residence. They never attempted to call me or contact me regarding this to arrange another delivery attempt or to meet me somewhere. The icing on the cake is that I got a letter in the mail telling me that if I didn't come pick up the shipment or arrange for redelivery that they would charge $50 per day to store it. Stay away.

Horrible company, wish nobody we ordered from used them, was told id get a call, nobody called and they left a 3k dollar 400 lb grill sitting on a sidewalk......GARBAGE
