Beware of this place!!!!! 5x5 that used to be 44 for storage unit and 9 dollars for insurance. It’s now more than tripled in prices for the SMALLEST unit. They bought this place out and now it’s over 115-130 dollars for the storage unit. If you’re late on your payment they double to triple what you normally pay. We were late and our 115-130 payment went to over 300 dollars due to the late fee being over 100 and other fees they are “adding” to it. They cut our lock that we bought with the previous company that was around 20 dollars and opened our storage unit and just threw the lock they cut inside of our unit instead of putting their lock beside ours because we were late. The managers do not want to do their job and they are scamming people. I do not recommend this place. By far worst experience that we have ever had with a storage unit. If they say a manager will call you back, they never do. They keep jacking prices up and don’t have a clear explanation for why the prices keep increasing. They say it’s because of inflation but really they are scamming people and I feel pocketing most of the money. The place isn’t clean at all. But yet you pay a massive “cleaning” fee. I don’t have anything good to say about this place or the people that run it. They have no respect for anyone or their property. They are only there to collect payments. They will not let you access the portal so that you can see what you’re paying for. Told them we couldn’t get into the portal and all they say is there is nothing they can do. They say they mail out invoices which we never received. At some point everything will come to the light and this place will be shut down.

Amazing ppl!! Called and check to make sure I was able to get in and told me if I need ANYTHING just to let him know!! Super nice ppl and storage unit was clean easy access to inside unit!!!

I would never go back there.
I got robbed and they don't have nothing on camera. And the whole insurance thing, there's a scam. So don't even bother the pain insurance.
They're security sucks.

This business, as well as its 5-star reviews, used to be named 24/7 Self Storage. Around one year or so ago, it was purchased by the dreaded Mini Mall that it is today. At the time of purchase my price went from $42/mo to nearly $90/mo.I have done business with storage facilities all over the State of Tennessee and I have to say that this company is the worst that I’ve ever done business with. Price gouging and massive insurance fees and late fees (after receiving no invoice as I did with the former owners every month) are required, I would recommend any other storage business at this point. Mini Mall has only made it as difficult as possible to do business with them anymore. Pathetic.

This is the worst business youcould ever choose to do store ;your property. They will no mail an invoice, late fees start on the 5th of the month and you are automaticall locked out of your storage. DO NOT use thsi storage!

Nice facility but...the new owners surprised us with a 15% PRICE INCREASE. Granted, the agreement stipulates that they can do that at any time yet with a fixed asset like a storage unit, 15% seems unjustified.

Warning not really climate controlled. Although their website states that there is only a few degree temperature fluctuation. They stated in email it can be as much as 25 degrees. My unit was 65 degrees a week ago and today was 80 degrees.

I was in need of a place to store furniture on short notice and from the 1st phone call they were very nice and helpful and it was a quick process and I was able to start moving stuff in on the next day

I have a unit in blountville TN. And There was a huge misunderstanding but Ashley quickly fixed the issue she is kind and does her job very well. People need to be more like Ashley for all the other places get you an Ashley!!!!
