10/19/23 at 2054 seems like the cashier and bagger were more concerned about the suckers they were gnawing on than giving any kind of service. Please let your staff know I find talking with a sucker in your mouth disgusting.

Baggers are horrible, spend less time talking, always out of stock on same tings. All employees park up front not in employee parking, so customers cannot ever get spots close to front. Management not much better

I live 6 miles from here and drive to Jefferson City (30 minutes) instead of shopping here unless I have no choice. The heavyset deli girl with dark hair is incredibly unhappy. She is moody, slow, and incredibly unpleasant. On average I have 2 lbs of deli meat and cheese (total) and it takes her 10 minutes or more to slice it. She had no clue how much 2/3lb was and got it wrong 3x on one visit. I worked in restaurants and retail as a training manager for over a decade and I am probably more patient than most because of it, but every time I go there she is just terribly difficult to work with and it's always a very long transaction too. I dread going to the deli counter. The meat in the meat department is good quality but nobody behind the meat counter has any clue what flavors the meat options are. Every time I go I ask for information on what flavors this or that is and they always tell me they don't know. No matter who is there they tell me they don't know. My husband has been told once they knew what flavor it was (there are 3 flavors of chicken alone), but all other times they just shrug and guess. This is not OK with food allergies let alone people just wanting certain flavors and not others. Lines are often long and slow, and when they are not most of the cashiers are unhappy to be there as well. Produce is nearly always in bad shape and doesn't look good. I am starting to feel like the store is good for prepackaged foods only. The pharmacy staff and guest service counter staff are always pleasant though so maybe they could help train the others.

They have been amazing at ensuring my prescriptions are filled on time, hours are convenient, location is convenient for me, and when I need help they are more than willing to assist in getting me whatever paperwork I need for my insurance or helping me organize medication schedules, etc.These ladies are awesome! ?

Great grocery store w/ deli and nice meat counter. Friendly staff and well stocked. Gas station & pharmacy available also.

I had to walk around the entire store to find sanitary napkins. The sign in that aisle had two empty slots on it but didn't say "feminine products" or anything, and it's a little section in a random aisle. It's the 21st century, we know women have periods, it's ok. Please add it to the sign. This was incredibly inconvenient.
