My balance went $3 below the $500 minimum balance, That'll be a $5 penalty. Which was deducted from the next month's checking, which brings my balance below the $500 minimum again, That'll be another $5, I closed my accounts before that could happen. Everyone is not friendly there, I've found them unfriendly. There cold and uncaring. A recipe with my transaction had to be asked for and thou I received it I got an attitude. When I closed my accounts I asked for a recipe, she said no, but I did get an attitude.

I've had accounts here for many years, like my parents and plenty family members. I've never had any problems or known of any. Maybe there were some; no bank is perfect. But it seems like I'd have heard something.

They have messed my accounts up several times and I have had 3 accounts for 10 years and had to close them because they were going to charge me fees. I'll go somewhere that's free with way better benefits.
