Dan @ WHR is the best! I will always send my rental customers his way. He works with people even if they have issues(job, health, money, beginning of covid, etc.)as long as customers communicate back to him & follow through with their promises. It's sad that low reviews are probably from those who think they can get a free barn without paying for it. I'll never understand that mentality, but I get alot of repos from entitled people who will trash the building because they can't keep it for free. On the other hand, I've had really good people who turned their building back in when they couldn't afford it... only to come back years later speaking highly of dan & getting another building...as long as they still didn't owe WHR.

My building is supposed to have a lifetime warranty will the board about door warped and leaked in and there's a piece of the outside siding cracked we sent pictures in and got told they aren't fixing it

The fact that this company is allowed legally to charge whatever they chose as far as a late fee goes is mind blowing. We as American people allowing businesses like this to continue to rob people to maintain their profits is one of the many things wrong with this country!

They are caring people . I had a house fire which also caught my building on fire. But I lost everything. And with trying to find a place to live and all of the deposit s I had to put upi had no money left. Granted it I still had to make my payment on the building. And it was extremely hard at that time. Bit they worked with me on it for 2 months granted I still had to pay late charges. But I now have my building paid off so thank y'all for helping me by working with me.

Never had an issue as long as I kept to the contract. Every issue was because of me forgetting to pay on time. Even then I was very rarely charged a late fee. Great customer service.

Unfortunately your rvs are not safe. Had my catalytic stolen off my motorhome and had to pay to replace it. No one helped me find who did it even thought there are cameras there.
